The large 70 sqm loft has a bright living area with an equipped kitchen, living room and sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, while the mezzanine houses the sleeping area with two single beds. The air-conditioned loft is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an oven, a hairdryer, an iron, and linens. Outside, you can enjoy the patio and large covered veranda equipped with a barbecue and panoramic view. Parking is on-site and free.

Casetta Avola is located in the center, and is very close to numerous places of interest. The beach is a few minutes away, while the bus station is about a 5-minute walk. About 50 meters away is the Intesa bank with a 24-hour ATM. Nearby there are pizzerias, restaurants, markets, gadget clothing stores, etc. Well-finished bathrooms include accessories and hairdryers. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials and various utensils, including a microwave, fridge, etc.
