Villa vacation rentals in Avola

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Authentic Sicilian stay, close to beach, close to several towns.

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

Perfect - we loved it!

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Highly recommended. House, impeccable, clean and equipped with every comfort. Beautiful garden, outdoor area with pizza oven and grill, kitchen equipped with everything. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, and an outdoor shower. Clean and fragrant linens. Excellent location, a 5-minute drive from various supermarkets, in a maximum of half an hour's drive you can reach the best places in the area (Ortigia, Noto, Scicli, Modica) Quiet beach with beautiful sea 7-8 minutes' walk away. The host made check-in available 3 hours in advance You'll be sorry to leave this property and these places

We really appreciated Alessios responsiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable especially knowing we had a baby and toddler with us. The beds were very comfortable. Outdoor amenities cut above and proximity to beach and Noto convenient. There was construction next door that was a little disruptive but not much we could do about it and it would have been nice to use the pizza oven but finding wood was extremely difficult. Otherwise we loved the space and recommend it. Especially Alessio as a host.

We had a great time as a family at the place. Beautifully located for excursions and in doubt is Noto, as a beautiful little town right around the corner. However, you should have a car to enjoy the place.

Great villa with large garden where kids can just have fun. We even used the pool twice, in April. Loredana is very professional, nice and helpful.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

We stayed in the house for a week with nine people (two families). We had a great time. The house is really spacious, and the pool is great. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants that are located directly at the beach. It's a great place to relax and to explore the island. Davide and Fabio were very helpful and quickly replied whenever we needed to contact them.

Villa Erika was perfect for our family vacation. Villa Erika is simply lovely, the yard is comfortable and peaceful. The swimming pool is large and outdoor living areas are versatile. Outdoor lights were wonderfull. The host was always friendly and answered questions immediately when asked. She also told us about local sights. The rental car was good to have. We really enjoyed our vacation. Greetings from five adult travelers from Finland.

wow wow wow. it was just beautiful. as in the photos or even better. you have space,the pool is large .....it is as described. pietro as well as riccardo are helpful and nice. riccardo is always available if something comes up. We were unsure,as it burned nearby and he came to check immediately. We'd love to come back and recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful stay right on the sea with views of Mount Etna. So thoughtfully decorated. Only here for a few days but Marianna and family made us feel so welcome. Enjoyed the pool and swimming in the nearby cove. Thank you so much - woudl totally recommend.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

Lovely house, lovely pool, very quiet, comfortable beds, would come back again

Sandrine and Giuseppe are great and warm hosts. We felt very comfortable from the first day. You are good-hearted people! If we travel to Sicily again, we will book with you again. The property includes 2 apartments, which are separate from each other in a house, as well as a larger accommodation for larger groups. Sandrine and Giuseppe also live on site. In the middle is a very large pool incl. Jacuzzi, which is shared. Our accommodation had a small fine outdoor kitchen, you can also grill. In addition, we had two refrigerators and thus plenty of space. In the morning, the baker comes by with different pastries (ciabatta, cornettos/croissants, etc.). You can make great excursions to Noto, Avola, Ortigia, etc. or simply spend the day in the beautiful garden at Sandrine's. 5/5 stars!

This is a very beautiful villa in a lovely location. Marion was really helpful on arrival and getting the pool sorted after the thunderstorm. Kitchen compact but well equipped. Noto is stunning and was lively during the flower festival. Lots of beautiful venues around and the food and wine of the area is delicious. Recommend the roof top bar for the venue at Il Giardino in Noto for views but recommend RitroVino for great cocktails and value. When driving out of the villa do not turn right. The road is not really a road at all more like an off road challenge. The trip to Ragusa was well worth it. Thanks Laury and thanks again Marion.
