Vacation rentals with a patio in Avila Beach

Lisa’s place was really lovely. Everything was exactly as advertised but even better. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful view, the coziness of the fireplace, and the easy to use kitchen. The location is very convenient in a quiet and cute neighborhood and the house overlooks a large natural area of trees—we liked watching the birds flying by in the treetops. Can’t say enough good things about this spot, we would love to return soon!

Diane's Nottage was the best Airbnb I've stayed in recently - I am a clean freak, and this place did not disappoint! The ample counter space in the bathroom was a pleasure, as was the big, new shower and comfy living area. She clearly labeled all of the light switches which was a huge help. I loved the backyard garden and the overall layout of the Nottage - It felt so private and safe. I now want more reasons to visit SLO so I can book Diane's home again!!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

Immediately when we entered the home, we commented on how the beautiful and thoughtful the details were in this home. We noticed all the small things, such as the matching, beautiful colors in different areas. It really felt like a beach home. The amenities were as described. For being so close to downtown and the beach, we didn't hear any street noise from the home. This home is in extremely close walking distance to Pismo beach (under 75 steps) where we enjoyed food, music, the amazing ocean, and people watching. When we visit Pismo again, we will definitely check to see if Jody's place is available first. Again, a lovely place and visit.

Claudia and Bob are very welcome. The ocean view is the best. It really close to the pismo beach. My family spent a relax time there.

My wife and I absolutely loved this place, and it was the perfect home base to explore up and down the coast. The apartment is VERY VERY well appointed, and is an INCREDIBLE value for all that Ali provides. If you are looking for a private and quiet place to get-a-way, then this is the place for you! We also loved getting daily messages with recommendations for activities, and we even did a few of them! If you are a walker, then I would recommend taking a walk around the neighborhood, we even saw several deer on our first night out. Also, make sure you take the "secret" trail down in San Simeon - that was the best! Thank you, Ali, for creating such great place to stay- we loved the beach vibe!

The place was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick and Trish’s beautiful home. The house is surrounded by vineyards with several areas to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views. Inside the home was perfect for 3 adult couples as we each had our own king size bedroom and attached bath. It is a perfect location for a day of wine tasting or a trip to the beach. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and we look forward to a return trip.

Lovely place on the edge of town. Could walk (long) or drive. So much attention to detail. Kitchen was well appointed including meat thermometer, other gadgets and blender. Full sized washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub in working order. Table with fire pit. Beautiful views for organize and sunset. Great common space and play areas. I wish we knew when the sprinklers came on so we didn’t get wet but it was a good laugh. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Very cute place in Oceano which was conveniently located near SLO and Pismo Beach. Violeta is a responsive host who made check-in super clear. And we loved being greeted with awesome snacks and I always very much appreciate well stocked coffee! It was perfect for our family of three. But what made it special was the s’mores fixings to accompany the fire pit on the back porch! Very nice touch.

I love the location. I love the main home and the apartment with outside entrance. I love the garden backyard and the privacy. I always stay here when I am in Cambria. Nick is a 5 star host.

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. Thank you for such wonderful accommodations. I will see if you have any others to check out also.

We loved the extra sound machines and the crib and pack n play! It is so nice to not have to haul our pack n plays around for the girls. The house was so adorable and we loved the drives in the morning, we saw so many deers.

We had an amazing time. The home was so cute and inviting. It was very homie and comfortable. Carolyn was very responsive to my emails. EVERYTHING was in walking distance. We went to Splash Cafe, the Cinnamon Roll, Hot Shot pool Hall, Harry's and the pier. We also drove over to the Sand Dune for some off roading. Afterwards we enjoyed some breakfast at a cute 50's diner called Rock and Roll Cafe.

Property is clean, private and quiet. Location is perfect for beach and local amenities. The drive to SLO, Pismo area and local wineries is very easy. Terri is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We will return.

Everything was wonderful at this condo. Clean, great location just a couple blocks from the beach, lots of fun restaurants and shops nearby. Management was very quick and responsive with any questions we had. We will stay here again.

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

This place was SPECTACULAR!!! We couldn't have asked for a better rental! Summer went above and beyond for us. Not once did it feel like we were at someone else's house. We absolutely love the place so much and we made unforgettable memories with our family. Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts, Summer and to her husband for such a lovely stay. We have stayed at Amber’s rentals several times. Always a great experience from booking to check out! Rentals have everything you may need. Great communication from host, great location, clean & reasonably priced! Most COMFORTABLE beds ever! Definitely recommend staying in one of Amber’s properties.
