New Spanish Home in Downtown Avila Beach

Step onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh air while taking in the stunning mountain views. Villa Risa is a Modern Spanish, seductive, open-plan home with a statement fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, and wooden flooring. Spacious living area lends itself to wonderful conversations, relaxing retreat, or soaking in music or movies. Two well appointed bedrooms, along with three sleeper sofas in the great room, make it a great space for family and friends to enjoy time together. After your days of adventure, laughter will flow as you grill in the beautiful outdoor space with a panoramic view of the central coast mountains, and enjoy the hot tub on the roof deck. Three bikes provided with bike rentals nearby (if needed), Two Flip out pads (floor mattresses) are available. Guests will have access to entire house. Parking for one car in the garage and one car in an outdoor space. Beach toys, towels, chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and wagon can all be found in the garage. We will be available through messaging or text. We own a studio apartment below the villa and will be there occasionally. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards, with a park, restaurants, Avila Beach, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach. The Bob Jones trail is close by for walking and biking. San Luis Obispo (one the top five happiest places in America) is just a 15 minute drive north, where you will find great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a beautiful mission. Just south of Avila are more great beaches, outlet malls and seafood restaurants. Villa Risa is just an hour drive to Hearst Castle, passing through Morro Bay, and beautiful Cambria. You may want to check out the elephant seals at San Simeon. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards just a short five minute walk to the shore of Avila Beach, with a park, restaurants, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach.

The Boathouse Cottage Waterfront Morro Bay

“The Boathouse Cottage” is perfect for a romantic getaway or just relaxing with a great view. It is located directly on the gorgeous Bayfront of Morro Bay, on a Bayfront dock. Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee. Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.
