Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. The Beach Bungalow: Hike, surf & visit wineries

The country meets the sea in this laid-back, picturesque surf town. Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!
