We had a fantastic stay at this location. It was a perfect retreat after several hikes throughout the Dolomites. We felt right at home from the moment we checked-in. Alexia was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and activities like renting e-bikes. It was a great base location for daytime exploring. The breakfast was phenomenal as well!

Hélène and her son Phillipp are wonderful hosts. They are busy with their work and studies, but made time to give me suggestions related to my specific interests. Communication was easy. The room is bright and beautiful with an incredible view, a gorgeous sunroom and a comfy bed. The short walk into town is really pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the few days I was in Balsano and would happily have stayed longer.

We enjoyed the time at Apartment Marie. The furniture was nice and high quality, especially the beds were very comfortable. Also great that there were two bathrooms/showers. Right in front of the house you can park. Some things for daily use were available (e.g. garbage bags, sponges, dish soap), if you stay longer and want to cook and wash at home, I recommend bringing detergent, as well as a few of your own spices. In principle, however, we were satisfied with the equipment and were also kindly provided with a toaster grill. My mother had only missed one kettle. There were plenty of towels for us five people. The landlady was extremely friendly and accommodating. We liked the location in Jenesien. Especially when it is "down" in Bolzano full and noisy, you have your peace and quiet up here and enjoy exceptional views of the city of Bolzano on the ascent through the serpentines.

We enjoyed the stay! Enjoying the coffee in the morning on the balcony in peace and with a wonderful view was great! The location is perfect for hiking, many starting points can be reached quickly by car. Every morning you could have fresh rolls, eggs and sausages delivered to your door on request. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back:)
