Puffin parlour was a wonderful home away from home. Michelle was east to talk to and communicate with and provided many extra useful items within the flat. It was centrally located so was easy for us to walk to many of the local attractions and was also easy to get to train and bus stations. The flat was clean and well tended and big enough that we felt we had plenty of room to cook and relax.

Fantastic location: walking distance to town center; steps from River Ness walk. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and clean, and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Carol and Andrea are great hosts: super quick to respond, and ready to make the extra effort to accommodate our needs. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Karen's place was wonderful for our time in Inverness! It was the cutest apartment, clean, and comfortable. Having the washer/dryer was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this stay. Karen was fantastic!

Noeli was so helpful, particularly when we asked about dropping our luggage because even though she couldn’t take luggage, she made sure the place was available a little earlier than planned which we were thrilled with. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay! Isabelle & Robert were the most welcoming & gracious hosts. Isabelle made a gluten free tea cake for me that was out of this world-in fact she gave me the recipe as I requested it! She had many great recommendations in the area & for stops on our way back to Edinburgh - all were fantastic! Including a stop to feed the Highland Cows! ❤️ The amenities were perfect with ample parking. A nice walkable village too with lots to do in the area-perfect location! Thank you again, Isabelle & Robert, for your hospitality! You truly love what you do-it shows.

This apartment is beautiful. Well stocked with items to cook with but with nice places to eat too in the vicinity. Walking from the apartment is lovely - you can choose from two different woods or the old railway line. Coop on the corner well stocked and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed with black out blinds = great sleep. Lovely shower room. Washing machine for that mid week freshen up of the clothes means you need not pack too much. Fiona very responsive to pre-trip questions and whilst we were in the apartment when we struggled with the TV - operator error! Well placed for visiting all over the Cairngorms. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little flat with great views of the Cairngorms. Very well fitted out, the lack of a TV was no loss as it made us do other things in the evening. Spotlessly clean. Didn't see Humphrey as he was on a bike ride round Scotland on behalf of the Samaritans, when we did need to contact him by text he responded very quickly and got things sorted out. Would totally recommend.

Total luxury! Every detail was immaculate and couldn’t of been happier. With shops only a short walk away and plenty of easy street parking in a very nice,safe area, this is a great option for passing through or traveling for work. Loved relaxing in the spa bath at the end of a long days work and washing the jet lag away for a peaceful night sleep. Quick tip, there is no salt or pepper and the milk is only satchels. Plenty of pod coffee in all the flavours.

Me, my fiancé and dog all absolutely loved our stay. The bnb is located in a beautiful and peaceful part of Scotland and Aimee was super helpful. Aimee was there to welcome us and show us around and super helpful from the beginning to end and happy to answer any and all questions. The indoor hot tub was super relaxing and paddock was perfect to tire out our big puppy. Would recommend the stay to anyone and would love to come back one day.
