The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. We stayed in Michaela's apartment for a few days at the end of our Italian tour. We enjoyed it very much and we felt very comfortable. Michaela is very accommodating, attentive to her guests and a great hostess. The location is super quiet and rural, so it is well suited for relaxing. As a start for our motorcycle tours, the location was great, but also well suited for hiking, running or cycling.

We stayed for three nights at the end of August in conjunction with the Frasassi Climbing Festival. The house is located less than a 5-minute walk from the sports field where most of the event takes place. The house is located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the square and restaurants. It is a very spacious accommodation with large rooms and two comfortable bathrooms equipped with everything you need. Even the kitchen is complete with everything, even a large dishwasher. There is a wonderful terrace in a room overlooking a very green and quiet internal street. Gabriella was a very kind and caring host whom I thank again together with Marco's helpfulness.

The accommodation is impeccable: in an old building, completely renovated, with perfect furnishings (even paintings by the author!) and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds for those who love to sleep on hard surfaces like us. Since there are no shops or bars in the village, it was very useful to find the essentials for breakfast in the kitchen. Very quiet place, on a hill with spectacular views. However, this location makes it essential to have a car and to drive many miles to visit the surroundings and also to go out for dinner (there is only one pizza restaurant)

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Romantic and wonderful stay in this village in the middle of the Marche hills. Wonderful!!

Very nice cottage well located near the caves of Frassassi. Beautiful furniture, very well equipped kitchen, excellent bedding. Small touches from the host much appreciated. The bed and bath linens were immaculate. Lovely lace linens. Shower gel in bathroom. Cooking fund (coffee, milk, honey, salt, pepper, oil and cleaning products) Stefano and his family are very friendly. In short, a perfect stay!

I want to start this review by talking about Luigi who is a super available host and full of tips. Really an exquisite person, he was always present whenever I needed him and this is never a discount. Let's move on to apartment: rustic, well-furnished, really nice countryside. It has everything you need. I stayed here with my dog who every morning could run to the right and left in the outer space of the house also making friends with the 2 very good dogs of the beautiful neighbors. The location is ideal if you are looking for a place of peace, a little block great for unplugging. Not very close to places of interest but very feasible to visit the caves of phrases, Valadier temple, red gorge park, Loretello, Corinaldo and you can go all the way to Senigallia as we did. I recommend shopping before coming. The stay itself was great and I recommend it to those who want to fully immerse themselves in the Marche countryside.
