Very well equipped apartment. It has everything you need. Very clean and with new furniture. Host is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you using a car, for walking it is a little bit hard as the house is on top of the village and you have to walk on very steep street. You have a lot of ski zones near the village. It takes between 20-40 minutes with car to go to the top of the ski zones like Fiss, St.Anton, Ischgl and many more. Our stay was perfect.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location of the accommodation is in a very nice, peaceful and quiet place. The apartment is clean, well equipped. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at lena's place. The hosts were very reactive and helped us a lot. The house is sparkling clean. Its location is excellent and allows you to comfortably explore the nearby attractions. The carport attached to the property is also very helpful. The apartment itself is comfortable and welcoming, everything is clean and cozy. We were a little bothered by the noise when you open the windows at night from the road.

It was a pleasant stay, a beautiful well-kept apartment in a top environment, close to Ischgl. We will be happy to come back😇!

I recommend anyone to come and stay here. The furniture is from IKEA and the kitchen is fully equipped. The view is amazing. I spent five days here and I wish I had spent more.

Birgit's home is something special. My second time visiting. Last time was back in 2019 but the quallity of stay has not deminished. Very clean, tidy and warm. Easy to find, easy to park and comfortable when on a snowboard trip. Looking forward to booking again for our next snowboarding trip!

Beautiful and cozy apartment for 4 people. Highly recommended! 👍 The house is perfectly located in Aschau and easily accessible. You can take the ski bus (stop 3 minutes away) to the Hochzillertal ski resort in Kaltenbach in 5 minutes or to Zell in the Zillertal Arena in just under 10 minutes. The apartment was as described, very clean, equipped with everything necessary and the landlady was super nice and always available. Thank you!

Neatly quiet and and beautiful this homeowner lived just across the street in the farmhouse. we have also been to the owner's cows for a while and enjoyed the milk you can buy at the farm every morning. Everything as one wishes was a great week without stress

Very nicely located accommodation at the back in Silbertal, plenty of space (but we were also 'only' 16 people, very friendly hosts, large kitchen and beautiful living area, supermarket in the village, Kristbergbahn almost at your doorstep, reliable bus traffic - our group enjoyed it very much!

A really lovely week in lovely Schönblick. Hans Peter and Bianca are the perfect hosts! Everything was clean and tidy - just like the photos. We were 9 people and had nice space. Nice kitchen with dining area and cozy living room next door. Kappl dorf is a cozy little town with nice shopping opportunities. The ski bus goes right outside the door. The only downside, though, is that it doesn't go directly to Ischgl-you have to change along the way. We ended up taking the car - easy and cheap to park in Ischgl.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Aualm chalet. Hansi, the owner is super nice and very easy going. The cabin was perfectly equipped, clean and has the most amazing view! Wish we could’ve stayed longer as it was a little paradise and beautiful escape from busy daily life!

Spatious, clean and nicely equipped accomodation. The landlady was very friendly and communication was pleasant and easy. Enough parking space, well equipped kitchen with enough utensils, pots etc. for a big group. The proximity of busy road B186 was not much of a problem.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

Super nice, clean place to stay, friendly host. Definitely recommended. We have already been there 3 times!!
