The mountain cabin is set at the edge of a forest, about 150 m above our organic farm. Used to store grain in the 18th century, it was called “Koscha” back then. The stunning view of the mountain Koralpe and the Lavanttal valley and the location above the foggy lowlands makes our guests especially happy. Relax in our outdoor sauna featuring exclusive panoramic view after a long hike or MTB tour. In the evening, you can unwind and savour a glass of honey wine next to the chimney.

In the beautiful surroundings of our ranch there are numerous managed huts that can be reached after unforgettable tours. Let majestic summit hikes take you to new heights and breathtaking panoramas. In addition, we run a horse farm where we specialize in horse breeding. The farm is located about 2.9 km from the Flasswiesen Alm. Here you can buy regional groceries such as eggs, bread (pre-ordered) in our small farm shop.

If you need a break from everyday live and wanna come back to nature, then this hut is perfect. Keth’s trailer in the nature, is hand made by Stefan. It has two double beds, a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) there is electricity in it. There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace. Smoking is not allowed indoor

Our alpine house is an original Carinthian log cabin, which was built in 1969 at exactly 1,800m above sea level and was continuously maintained. It thus combines the rustic flair of an alpine hut with the modern amenities. The house is south-facing with a magnificent view of the panorama of the Falkert.
