Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

A few steps from the departure of the cableway and at the center of a network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Tastefully furnished: a double bedroom (with skylight instead of window), a small children's room with no window, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kitchen and bright and warm living room.

The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.
