One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We particularly liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold with a baby after the beach to shower. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is a bit noisy). Always happy to come back :)

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. Small apartment but equipped with everything you need for a stay of two people. Roberta welcomed us and helped us find the accommodation right away and explained everything with courtesy and friendliness. Very equipped kitchen, bathroom with very large shower. In addition, free use of umbrellas and deck chairs is provided. The property faces directly to the beach through a private gate, very important service in addition to free parking inside the property right in front of the house.

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!
