We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and quiet property. The home was spotless, well-stocked with all the essentials, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking and simple access coming and going. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches like a great selection of reading material, games, and a smart TV loaded with apps for entertainment. Our hosts were communicative, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay, even surprising us with a generous gift to celebrate a special occasion. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming place. We’d happily book again

Michael's place was great. It is an apartment. It is well appointed. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. It was spotless. It was roomy and comfortable. A great perk was having access to free laundry in the building. Communication was excellent. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. The neighborhood was good and close to public transportation. It was also close to Frank Lloyd Wright's neighborhood, a wonderful sightseeing adventure. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Michael's place.

This place is so restful! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the big roomy eat in kitchen with a view of the river. We loved sitting in the front room and watching the river and all of the wildlife - ducks, birds, chipmunks, squirrels and even fish in the water! And the sunsets were sensational!

The house had a lot of space for our five adults and two little children, so we could give the kids space to play and sleep without being disturbed. The location was close to downtown and easy to get to. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet for the location. Very clean and well kept house. The Shop next door was relatively quiet, did spook our pup a couple times while being outside. Didn’t bother me or my wife and dog at all while inside the house. We will gladly stay again at this location. Thank you again alex, you are a great host!

We had an EXCELLENT time at Marianne's home in Batavia. The home was outfitted with everything that we required and then some. The place is even bigger than it appeared in the listings. There were sectional sofas both upstairs and in the basement that we didn't recall from the listing that provided even more sitting room with family. The property is so beautiful. We had such a wonderful time watching the horses play in the pastures directly out the window. Can't recommend these hosts or their property enough! Thanks again for a wonderful home away from home this holiday season.

Nice clean house in a well kept neighborhood and Richard was very responsive and helpful during my stay.

I felt safe and cozy in the space. This is a basement apartment so there is a household above you, just something to keep in mind. I would stay again.

We spent two nights in the house and it was spacious enough to easily accommodate four couples. The kitchen and living space is large and there is a cute firepit with string lights in the backyard. Accessing the house was very easy and the host was lovely to work with. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful getaway place to go to for couples. The jacuzzi tub was amazingly relaxing and the location was peacefully quiet. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place and will be coming back soon!!

In town for work and this was perfect place to stay for team. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Fulton Market while still providing a peacefully quiet setting. Bright, open and clean apartment with 3 large bedrooms. Nice kitchen for all meal-preparing needs If you don’t want to cook, no problem. Some of Chicago’s best restaurants are just a short walk or quick uber ride.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

What a great find! I'm talking about the room AND the host! The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were all we needed. The artwork was wonderful and the design of the rooms (lamps, table, chairs etc) were great. I especially loved the small room heater, it looked like a mini fireplace, I want one for my room at home! Kaye has thought out what a guest needs with all kinds of extras (covers for the chairs for pets), extra blankets, packet full of local information, and clear instructions. She was responsive when I had questions or needs. I was glad to meet her as well, easy to talk with and a very interesting person who knows Chicago extremely well. If I make it back this way, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay during our trip, looks exactly like the photos and felt very central to all the places we wanted to go. Train entrance was very close and several establishments within walking distance. Host was extremely helpful and proactive with check in assistance and responded quickly.
