Días tranquilos, supermercados relativamente cerca, un par de restaurantes en la misma cuadra donde se come rico.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

Localizado na melhor zona de Assuncion, na principal avenida da cidade e no meio entre o Centro velho e o Centro novo, proximo de mercado 24 horas e esquina com a embaixada do Brasil. Não ha estacionamento na casa, mas na frente existem muitos comercios com vagas livres e o local é constantemente vigiado pela policia. Se quer uma experiencia emocionante na cidade de Assuncion, recomendo este local.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en esta casa. Fuimos con un grupo de amigas y la casa es muy cómoda y amplia, ¡perfecta para disfrutar de una estadía relajante! El barrio es tranquilo y cuenta con varios servicios cercanos, como supermercados y estaciones de servicio, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Lo que realmente se destaca es la atención y predisposición del anfitrión, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y asegurar que tu estancia sea perfecta. ¡Sin duda, una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad y buen servicio!

Excelente ubicación. El apartamento está en buen estado y cuenta con todo el equipamiento descrito en el anuncio. Muy bien el edificio en cuanto a servicios: vigilancia permanente, gimansio, piscina, lavanderia... Muy buena atención por parte de Hestia ante cualquier incidencia

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

El departamento ofrece todo de lo mejor que se pueda necesitar. El anfitrión hizo todo lo posible para que tuviéramos una estadía cómoda. La ubicación del departamento es muy buena.

Muy amable la anfitriona, el lugar súper limpio. Lastima no pudimos aprovechar mucho por nuestra corta estadía. Ideal para gente que tiene que ir al aeropuerto o alguna pareja que quiera hospedarse en un lugar tranquilo y seguro con muchos lugares lindos alrededor, todo cerca. Todo lo que unos viajeros necesitan. Cocina, heladera, utensilios, toallas, jabón, agua caliente, cama comoda, frazadas.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Maria Lys ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – äußerst hilfsbereit und stets schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist grün und ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Gleichzeitig gibt es viele charmante Cafés und Restaurants nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Ich habe einen Monat in dieser Wohnung verbracht und mich vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber: schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Ich war absolut zufrieden und würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Aufenthalt! Ja, es war wirklich perfekt!

If you’re looking to experience the real Asunción and Paraguay as a whole, I can’t recommend this place enough! The neighborhood is a fantastic choice: peaceful, safe, and full of things to see and do. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. The apartment checked all the boxes with very fast WiFi for work, plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a charming antique style with cozy furniture and warm welcoming colors. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available with great tips and advice whenever I needed it. Whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a place to explore the city, this is the perfect home base. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

O apto da Sandra é até melhor do que parece nas fotos. O prédio é excelente. Localização muito boa e comunicação com a Ruth muito fácil e agradável. Ótimos quartos com bons ares condicionados e cozinha completa. Gostamos tanto que já vamos voltar! Recomendo fortemente esse apartamento.

Cálido y hermoso apartamento, limpio, ubicado en una zona muy estratégica cerca de todo. Comunicación fluida con el anfitrión, sólo estuve una noche porque tenía un vuelo al otro día, pero es sin dudas un lugar al que me gustaría volver. Muchas gracias!
