A very good place to stay for families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle on the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable predisposition of the host. Very kind to any questions.

Great for someone that is looking for a really nice and big place to stay, pretty much close to everything you need in Assunsion. Everything was really clean and organized and I would give lots of extra points for the easy communication with the host that were really about some check out situations I had due to flight issues. Would definitely book again if coming back to Paraguay.

Gimena is a very good host, attentive and always willing to support us in what we need. The house is very well described in terms of services, locations and amenities, it is a place where we would gladly return on our next visit.

The accommodation is highly recommended. Very comfortable, warm, tidy, clean and above all things, ideal for a family. It has all the necessary facilities and amenities to spend an excellent day. The treatment of the host was excellent, at all times we were communicated, they always provided help and answered all questions and questions. I would definitely choose it again.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Really a unique place, and the hostess is very attentive. I highly recommend it. Easy to get to and well located.

Enzo and his mom were very friendly, they were always attentive, they waited for us with a rich snack and soft drinks. The house is nicer than in the photos, with all the comforts and in a nice area (quiet and close to shopping, 24 hours, etc.)

Excellent apartment, clean and modern, with many comforts, in a very modern building with an excellent location. A quiet neighborhood with many options nearby.

A cozy furnished studio with everything you need, in the heart of Asunción – just a few blocks from the Pantheon, other attractions and restaurants. Steph was very friendly and helpful from the first contact. She even allowed me to enter the studio early in the morning, as I had to leave my previous accommodation before 10 am. Steph was very proactive and gave many useful tips. In the studio itself, I found a thick binder with lots of background information as well as addresses of laundries, restaurants and more. In addition, she always kindly informed me about the many events that took place in the city. Thanks to their support, I was able to take a free city tour on my first day.

An incredible view left me in love from the first moment, the jungle of Asunción being observed from a bright and minimalist apartment with a privileged location left me stunned allowing me to experience majestic sunsets and sunrises. How clean everything was was brilliant, the bed was impressively comfortable, and the overall kitchen amenities, the two airs, TV with Netflix, HBO, Disney, and Prime, access to the roof to see the city 360°, with a grill and gym definitely make it a real gem of Asunción. There is a hypermarket two blocks away with a shopping plaza, pharmacy, and bars. The icing on the cake: Alexa and her voice-controlled assistant to turn on the radio, lights, air, and ask for the weather.

My stay at this place was excellent. The host is very attentive, and Mrs. Anselmita, who welcomed me, was incredibly kind and always attentive to any needs I had. She gave me everything around the AirBnB, which made my experience very much easier. I felt safe and welcomed in this homey space. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and warm stay. I would come back without hesitation!

The stay at Alfred's apartment was excellent. The facilities are very comfortable and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect: there is a 24-hour store right next door and several shopping malls within walking distance.
