A very good place to stay for families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle on the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable predisposition of the host. Very kind to any questions.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

Fantastic experience from check-in to checkout. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was complete and tidy. The split air conditioning works very well. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Ana gave us directions and recommendations for the area that were much appreciated and at all times she makes sure that guests are happy and have a good time.

If you’re looking to experience the real Asunción and Paraguay as a whole, I can’t recommend this place enough! The neighborhood is a fantastic choice: peaceful, safe, and full of things to see and do. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. The apartment checked all the boxes with very fast WiFi for work, plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a charming antique style with cozy furniture and warm welcoming colors. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available with great tips and advice whenever I needed it. Whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a place to explore the city, this is the perfect home base. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Tree top apartment with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, AC in all of the rooms, super clean, and well equipped kitchen. There's a handy laundry room, and a deck that over looks a park. Bonus: a roof top pool! Excellent 24 hour front door reception is a cherry on top. This is our home away from home when we visit Asunción. Host is very communicative and kind. Lovely space.

Excellent apartment… very nice and comfortable! Franco was an excellent host. He responded quickly and helped me with a mishap of mine and was super attentive! I recommend it 100%.

We are very happy with the price, the communication, the cleanliness of the depa and the amenities and details of the same. Currently, there is another tower under construction together and unfortunately it is a lot of noise from 6:30 in the morning. The traffic of the avenue is also quite heard. Other than that, the place is highly recommended. We stayed my wife, daughter (9 years old) and I for two weeks. It is very small but exactly as described and it did serve us very well for the visit to our family who live in the area.
