Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paraguay

Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort and good service!

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. I hope to return soon to enjoy everything we lacked but very grateful with everyone, thank you Monica and Flia.

Excellent place, highly recommended. Very close to some restaurants in the area. The host gives answers with immediate solutions to everything.

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

We felt very comfortable in the house. It is cozy and tastefully decorated, so you immediately feel at home. Maria Lys is a fantastic host – extremely helpful and always quickly accessible. The surroundings are green and quiet, perfect for relaxing. At the same time, there are many charming cafes and restaurants within walking distance. An absolute recommendation!

It was a wonderful experience, the apartment is perfect, in a neighborhood with an exceptional location and in a building with all the imaginable amenities. Everyone was extremely friendly, and Patricia was not only a first-class host but also perfect, always attentive, giving us the best places to visit, answering all our questions and requests. This is a very nice new apartment, if you want to be in the old central part of Asunción. Close to everything and well worth it.

If you’re looking to experience the real Asunción and Paraguay as a whole, I can’t recommend this place enough! The neighborhood is a fantastic choice: peaceful, safe, and full of things to see and do. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. The apartment checked all the boxes with very fast WiFi for work, plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a charming antique style with cozy furniture and warm welcoming colors. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available with great tips and advice whenever I needed it. Whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a place to explore the city, this is the perfect home base. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Beautiful Tree top apartment with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, AC in all of the rooms, super clean, and well equipped kitchen. There's a handy laundry room, and a deck that over looks a park. Bonus: a roof top pool! Excellent 24 hour front door reception is a cherry on top. This is our home away from home when we visit Asunción. Host is very communicative and kind. Lovely space.
