The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

I loved the stay. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped to meet the needs well, especially for those who travel in large groups like us (9 people). The location is excellent close to markets, pharmacy, restaurants, a few meters from Pintagueiras beach that won our heart.

My whole family loved our stay at Ively’s house. There were 12 of us and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and pristine. Would definitely visit again.

The apto corresponds to the announcement, Mr. Nelson always responds quickly and helped us in everything, was flexible at check in, the environment was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, a differential is the TV in the rooms, I loved it. We felt at home, it sure is a place to go back.

The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

My family and I spent the weekend at the ap and it was wonderful, the atmosphere is super cozy, it has all the utensils, it is close to the beach and very spacious place as the photos show. Super recommend!!

The studio has an incredible view, it was clean, well equipped with utensils, Gisele responds very quickly, the building has a foosball table, pool table, gym and a mini market, the location is very good, I certainly recommend it.

Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.

This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

Simply amazing, my family and I are dying to come back again

I and my family love the apartment and the view is AMAZING! It is right in front of Asturias beach and close to the other beaches, feirinha, bakery, shopping. Everything was clean, and the way we saw in the ad. I definitely want to go back more often in the apartment. Our stay was Wonderful! Grata for everything!

The Host welcomed us very well, showing every detail of the condominium. I recommend it.

My husband and I took 4 days, we liked everything... Clean and organized apartment, close to a quiet beach, we found a nice place to eat, I highly recommend it, I will definitely return. Quiet neighborhood, we went out at night. I have nothing to complain about, I just thank you, thank you!!!!!

the building is very well located, just walk straight and you're on the beach, easy access to beach service, the heated pool is a delight. I thought the reception was wonderful, the apartment was completely clean, cozy, it was a perfect stay, with no negative points❤️
