Waterfront vacation rentals in Astúrias Beach

The stay this time was a long shot as it was a beautiful fit for the photos but without evaluation, so it had probably just been listed. Maybe I was the first guest and it turned out to be a great surprise, we left happy! Its location is sensational (galleries), but besides the location, the property is just as great! The sea view is a high point and parallels the lodging on a cruise, since the apt is surrounded by water! It is a high standard property, all equipped (AC in all rooms, modern shower, full kitchen) and because it is modernized it already has its living room integrated with the huge balcony (glazed and integrated between living rooms and bedrooms) which makes it even more comfortable. There are 6 people in comfort in the 3 main rooms plus 6 in the other bedroom with bunk beds. Has NO protective screens on the windows (attention). The building is very old but well maintained and has two very good pools for when it is saturated with the beach… It has 1 parking space demarcated. I highly recommend it!

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

Apartment close to everything. Market, bakeries, there is a fair on the same street, you can do everything on foot! Well-mannered building staff, we'll be back soon.

Great Location, very good apartment...

The experience was surreal, the view of the spread and all the comfort it offers is impressive, we don't need sunny days to enjoy the accommodation a lot! Very well located apartment with a market nearby, very well equipped with kitchen utensils, everything decorated, making the visual experience even more impressive! Worthy of a movie! The attendant Samara was spectacular, kind and efficient at all times! He gave us an amazing service! By far one of the best Airbnb Experiences we've had!

It was awesome!!! You spent a few days with my family and the experience was surreal. The apartment is just perfect, you feel like you're in the sea. From sunrise to sunset, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The place is very close to the beach and shops. The building staff were also very nice to my family. About Walmy, from the first moment he was very kind and super attentive. He's a great host! We had amazing moments as a family and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend!!!

Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Certainly we will return, well located house, facing the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available, complete kitchen to make our meals, finally, again: absolutely impeccable. It had been a long time since I was going to Guarujá, it was my husband my children and my nephews, the beach is very close we do not need to use the car for nothing at night we went downtown on foot. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. To close Vânia is very attentive and answered my questions quickly.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Great location: bars, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and ice cream parlors nearby. Very polite staff. Daniela is always helpful and friendly, we were very well taken care of. Great experience, I recommend it and we will stay again when we return to Santos.
