Vacation rentals with a patio in Astúrias Beach

Penthouse exactly as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need for family stays. We loved the place, everything was very organized and clean. A special highlight for the bed linen and towels, which were extremely clean, which makes all the difference and certainly left nothing to be desired. We only have to thank you! The caretaker, Mr. Olavo, who received us, is a very fun person and welcomed us very well. I'm sure we'll be back as soon as we can.

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we wanted for nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything is wonderful. There's nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back. I stayed for 5 days in the apartment and it was just amazing! The host was super nice and answered all my questions very quickly. In addition, everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is excellent! The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, close to a supermarket and with easy access to the bus station. The condominium pool is also very good. For those who are not driving, as was my case, the stay is very worthwhile, as everything is very close. It was my first experience using Airbnb and I will definitely use it again after this amazing stay!

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, because they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

I stayed in Beatriz's apartment twice and I will certainly return. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, with a privileged view! It has everything you need for a long stay. Very complete and everything working. The beds are comfortable and the showers work well! The building is wonderful with a very clean swimming pool, fitness center and game room. Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Gratitude❤️

Very dear porters. The beach has busier waves. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It has structure with restaurants and kiosks. As we went during New Year's Eve I found the beach quite full, nothing different from the others. We really want to come back in low season because we think everything is perfect

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly!
