The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Alleen al door de rust en ruimte, en het uitzicht op het noordzeekanaal geeft je het gevoel van vrijheid, . en toch dicht bij de steden Amsterdam..Haarlem en Alkmaar.!! Binnen in de woning de gezellige warme afwerking, met de luxe van thuis. in de tuin de heerlijke tuinkamer, met gezeligge terrasoverkapping en slaapgelegenheid voor degenen die niet naar boven kunnen. stapelbed voor 3 gasten buiten een heerlijk ruime tuin met speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen! met veel boerderijdieren.

A new built, cosy studio with your own entrance and terrace in the garden. Free parking, TV, WiFi, rainshower, toilet, mini fridge, microwave, cooking plate, cooker, Nespresso maker, free coffee and tea. Only 5 minutes walk to the trainstation with direct connection to the center of Haarlem 10 min. and the center Amsterdam only 30 min. Near the dunes for a beautiful walk or only 30 min. by FREE bikes! to the beach. Our place is a good starting point for a trip to the cities or the beach!

Een heerlijk verblijf! Het huisje aan het water ligt bij diverse voorzieningen. Een mooi Winkelcentrum. Het Treinstation is op 10 min loopafstand daardoor ben je binnen 20 minuten in Amsterdam en Zaanse Schans 15 minuten. Het Strand, Volendam en Alkmaar allemaal op korte afstand. Het ontbijt moet u zelf verzorgen maar voor heerlijke broodjes kunt u terecht bij de plaatselijke bakker, deze is op loopafstand. Bij aankomst vind u diverse drankjes in de koelkast. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf!

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.
