Chilston Home Farm is a period farmhouse in the middle of Kent, the Garden of England. We have lovely walks right from the door, it's perfect for exploring historic Kent and there's easy access to trains to London & Europe. You’ll love the period ambiance: the kitchen Aga, cosy log fires. Two of the bedrooms have king-size four-posters. There's even a bijou cinema! Lots of books & games, a piano, guitar & drums for music lovers, pool table & darts. Ideal for couples or larger families.

The Lodge-Modern House & garden 10 mins to beach

The 2 floor guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to a separate main house (built 1852). The grd floor has 2 bedrooms along with a bathroom/wc. The 1st floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with high ceilings & opens up onto the garden & decking area equipped with a hot tub/jacuzzi and a BBQ. The 3rd bedroom is a compact loft room with 2 single beds (accessed via ladder so not suitable for young children). This is not an airbnb for parties or loud gatherings.

This victorian property is semi detached, 2 bedrooms, patio, garden, parking, WiFi, and recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Within walking distance from Ashford International Station and The Designer Shopping Outlet. Convenience stores, bus / train routes and lovely walks are all close by. It's a nice neighbourhood and the house has everything you need for a stay in Ashford. I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have before and during your stay :)

Simple yet cosy two bedroom annex we affectionately call The Little House. A few updates needed, but full of character and comfort. Towels and bedding included.

An idyllic cottage nestled between Cranbrook and Hawkhurst in the picturesque landscape of the garden of England. With Bedgebury forest on the doorstep and National Trust landmarks in the area this cosy and comfortable 4 bed is an ideal base for exploring the local area. The cottage has ample space for relaxing, both inside and outside in the surrounding gardens. We really look forward to welcoming you!

Blind Cottage is a renovated, open plan, self contained annexe. It is wonderfully light, benefiting from large windows and French doors throughout. Relax in the wonderful roll top bath, curl up in the conservatory or enjoy a coffee on the patio which overlooks our wood. The perfect stepping stone to explore the Garden of England.
