The loft on the second floor of our newly built home is all yours. Plenty of windows and natural light greet you on entrance. A good size kitchenette with all necessities but NO STOVE! Extra large bathroom with shower and 5 1/2 ft claw foot tub. A reading nook with day bed. Off street parking. Private entrance.

Howdy! Our space and neighborhood were not damaged from Helene. So, come on, pecan! The Pad is a bright, cheery and quiet spacedesigned for two. The studio is 600 square feet, with 11 foot ceilings. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and a outdoor dining area. We are right there if you need anything, but we are prepared for you to..... Relax under a rain-head shower in the luxurious bathroom. Heat up leftovers in the the kitchenette. Slow down, enjoy the good vibes of Asheville & the RAD PAD.
