Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

This fabulous apartment is located three blocks north of downtown, in the bustling Chestnut Hills neighborhood. Our lovely home was built in 1909 and completely renovated in 2017. Due to the spectacular location and massive size of the home, we decided to retain half of the first floor as a vacation rental.
