My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

I booked the place for almost one week in the summer time and I was very satisfied. The place is very nice, clean and close to the beach. There is one big verandah at the entrance and a smaller one at the back side with a shower. The rooms are spacious enough and the kitchen is well furnished. Perfect for 4-5 people.

Very nice and quiet. Only 3 cars passed by in one week. Nice pool, beautiful view, huge garden and the house is very well equipped! Supermarket is nearby. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

Beautifully renovated rustic farmhouse. Ground floor apartment, clean, very equipped, heated, air-conditioned, corresponding to the photos. Marco was very kind during the stay and for check-in. The location of the house is great with a car to visit the surroundings. The area is very quiet, with nice views of the hills and mountains. The property is adjacent to a very quiet provincial road and the exterior is shared with the owners who live in the adjacent house. A very pleasant stay.

It was the most wonderful holiday and especially we want to highlight the surroundings and in the house but also Frediano who was in charge of helping us with contact with restaurants, etc. He helped us a lot, and since we were a larger group of different families, we also had different needs so that had to be adjusted from time to time. We can recommend a stay here at any time, we felt completely at home and want to come back in five years. Thanks to Frediano again, you were a huge help to us!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house and peaceful area. Our Problem with a broken door was solved quite quickly By the owner himself. We didn’t miss anything and the house was good Equiped, perfect for ten adults. Only the trash and recycling topic wasn‘t communicated totally clear. We would love to come back!

Slept really well there. It’s quite and the bed was super comfortable. All in all a great flat + the parking space makes it even better.

The location is ideal, with stunning mountain views and minutes from the main attractions and slopes. Special thanks go to the owner, Carla, who was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and provide us with useful tips to make our stay perfect. Her attention and care for her guests made us feel at home. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend time in Terminillo, whether as a couple or with family or friends. We couldn't ask for more...the house is beautiful and very comfortable both to reach and to live. We witnessed unforgettable sunsets in front of the fireplace and Federica welcomed us with great warmth, she was available and cozy as the house. We'll definitely be back! 😊❤️

Paolo is a kind and responsive host, and was also helpful with any questions I had. The place itself is very peaceful, with good light, and located close to the sea and nearby Pescara as well. Paolo lent me a bicycle during my stay, which was a big plus, as this made it easy to travel to and from the city. I enjoyed my stay very much, and would recommend the place to anybody wanting a peaceful stay near the sea, not far from the mountains, and also close to the city.
