We stayed two nights in this very nice and clean accommodation. Alessandra is a very responsive host, she gives you the opportunity to use the bicycles throughout your stay. We highly recommend it if you want to spend a few days in San Benedetto.

Ilenia was a really great host, she solved a small problem instantly. Since we arrived by motorcycle, he made us park inside the property, which was closed by a gate. The property is modern and well maintained, clean and in a quiet area within walking distance of the historic center. There are restaurants within walking distance. When we arrived, he was there waiting for us. Every morning, he personally prepares breakfasts in a kitchen/living room area used for breakfasts. Great experience for our weekend at the Morrovalle motorcycle rally. We'll be back next time, too. Thank you.

An incredibly magical place. . If you are looking for a B&B in its original form, Fabio & Family& Friends is just right. In any case, we felt that it was 100% " matched". Even the reception was incredibly warm and despite the language barrier, Fabio's mother welcomed us with affection. The accommodation itself is incredibly tasteful and individually furnished. Secluded and quiet we spent relaxing days here. We will certainly be repeat offenders - as guests and left as friends.

The hostess wasn't home right now, but a good friend of hers. This one was very likeable, a warm-hearted dear person. She did the right thing in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible, which was a great success. Everything was beautifully tastefully decorated, the breakfast table a true splendor. The house is very quietly located on a beautiful large rather natural property with lots of seating in the sun and in the shade. Our room was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable there

I stayed two nights at Luigi's, choosing this property for the very affordable price and the great location 2 minutes from the pedestrian area of San Benedetto and 15 minutes from the beach and train station. Simple and clean room, shared bathroom always monitored by Luigi, who, discreetly, is always available for the duration of the stay, with information and advice also in excellent English. How to be at home!!!

Fantastic views, great pool, awesome hospitality. We really loved it and will recommend it to anybody. Roberto and his family are great hosts. Breakfast and the fresh figs from the backyard were awesome. Would go back!

This is our second time at Giovanni’s place and probably won’t be the last. We love Penne and Giovanni’s is right on the main square. Lovely place, all good things.

We were welcomed in the best way, Lara's mother immediately made us feel at home by giving us the basic directions. The super spacious room with fantastic terrace, where every morning at dawn we could admire the colors and the sea given the proximity of the house. Every morning we found breakfast ready according to our tastes, and little Mafalda (the cat) welcomed us with cuddles and purring. I highly recommend this place, you'll feel melancholy at the end of your stay! Thanks Lara <3

We had a fantastic stay at Greenvalley BnB, Yulia is a friendly and helpful host. We also became friends with Eugene (one of her dogs), who only walked along with Yulia when she came over to deliver breakfast. At the same time we had our privacy at the studio. The studio is very comfortable and the pool is very nice; the pictures speak for themselves. If you are looking for a place to relax and close to some nice villages, the beach and services (such as grocery shopping), Greenvalley BnB is most definitely the perfect location. We would highly recommend this !! J&M.

What a fantastic experience! Dianne is a super cozy and incredibly friendly woman who makes you feel at home right away. Her cottage is really a gem – cozy, cozy and located in a top location. You immediately feel the love in the house, not only from Dianne herself, but also from her three great dogs. Together they have 11 paws, which makes the house even more special and heartwarming. A unique and loving place where you are guaranteed to leave with a smile. Recommended!

First time in this property but it has remained in our hearts. Marco was warm and helpful. Free parking on the property. The room is beautiful and modern, equipped with every comfort. Very clean and extremely functional. Each room has a private balcony with a table and chairs. Possibility to get fresh water from the fountain in the hallway. Quiet and sheltered area from which it is very easy to reach the sea or the center. Excellent and varied breakfast, always with homemade pastries. I hope to be back soon

I had a lovely stay with Paola. Her house is beautiful and the scenery around is stunning. She cooked us a delicious dinner and talked about life - she gave me good advice and her English is definitely better than she says it is! She was very kind and I appreciated the experience. The room was comfortable and clean. I was the only guest but I’m sure with more it would still be a very pleasant stay. Thank you again Paola, and if I ever find myself in Padula again I’ll be back again to visit.

This place was exactly as described and better! Frederica was an incredible host. She provided breakfast every morning, had a spotless pool with incredible views and fresh towels, she answered all our questions and had great local recommendations. We stayed for a wedding nearby in Treia other than that it’s very small town vibes with beautiful scenery and a bit of a drive to touristy locations.

a small corner of paradise on top of the hill with sea views. swimming pool, lawn, vegetable garden and renovated accommodation that brings serenity just by looking at it. if you are looking for an isolated place to recharge in the middle of nature, this is for you!
