The terrace invites you to end the day in a cozy way. The studio is perfect for guests who like to explore because of its walking distance to the city center (5-minute walk). As well as for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have more space than just a hotel room for themselves (approx. 45 square meters) The B8 is within easy reach.

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

We were here for 3 nights. It was very nice, the view is great. The house was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything you need is available. There is also nothing missing in the garden and on the large terrace. Communication with the host was easy, quick and helpful. We had a great time and would always recommend the tiny house.

Beautiful log cabin, furnished with attention to detail and perfectly equipped. We booked it for a work weekend. We had the necessary peace, a top-functioning WiFi and everything else you want. We didn't lack anything. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use the sauna. It can be reached from the bathroom in a separate cabin directly behind the log cabin. In addition, a separate retreat and a great outdoor shower. Also a reason to come back soon. :)

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a great experience staying at Holidu‘s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
