A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. You can hike or cycle from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are also not far away.

A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

The small apartment has a cozy living room with corner bench, mini kitchen and couch. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably on new mattresses. In another room is a bunk bed with space for two small guests. And from your large southwest terrace you can look out over the Zellertal mountain panorama – the long evening sun in summer is a dream!
