Unsere Ferienwohnung mit 67 qm befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses mit eigenem barrierefreien Zugang. Sie liegt direkt am Kösseine-Röslau-Eger-Radweg. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein schöner Stausee, welcher zum Baden einläd, sowie zahlreiche Wanderwege. Außerdem erreichen sie ein Freibad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Eisdiele und die tschechische Grenze in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad. Unsere Gegend ist auch bekannt für die Luisenburg Festspiele.

Kleine Wohnung im Fichtelgebirge

Sie sind in 5 Gehminuten im Freibad sowie bei der Minigolfanlage und einem kleinen Fußballplatz. Der Supermarkt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Auto in ca 5 Minuten. Auch ist eine Pizzeria fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die unmittelbare Lage an der tschechischen Grenze ist auch ein Ausflug nach Karlsbad (40 Minuten) oder der Besuch andere kleiner Städte möglich. Bekannt sind auch die Luisenburg-Festspiele und die umliegenden Wanderwege und Seen, welche zum Wandern und Baden einladen.

Ruhige Lage und ca. 10 Gehminuten bis in den Stadtkern von Arzberg mit seinen historischen Denkmählern. Ebenso bietet unsere Gegend zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das schöne Fichtelgebirge erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Die Grenze nach Tschechien liegt nur wenige Kilometer entfernt.

In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area.
