Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

It was a privilege to stay in one of the historical buildings which are perched on the spectacular cliffs that make Bonifacio special. And Beatrice was the perfect host, responding at all times with great advice and assistance. She gave me both an early check-in and a late check-out and even dropped me off in time to catch my bus to Ajaccio. Memories are made eating fresh baguette, cheese and the most delicious fig confiture (bought at the local store) for breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the stupendous view and the seagulls gliding past. Sublime stay!

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Fiorella ist eine tolle und super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Auch wenn sie kein Englisch spricht konnte man sich gut mit ihr verständigen. Beim Check in hat uns ihre Freundin Laura in Empfang genommen, die super englisch spricht und uns auch tolle Empfehlungen in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super und direkt am Strand. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustüre vorhanden. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Was evtl. modernisiert werden könnte ist das Bettgestell und die Matratze. Die Gefrierfachklappe müsste ausgetauscht werden, da der Griff abgebrochen war. Auch der Duschschlauch sollte überprüft werden, da dort Wasser aus der Wand spritze. Ansonsten war alles super und wir hatten alles was wir für einen schönen Aufenthalt brauchten. Vielen Dank Fiorella für die schöne Zeit die wir bei dir hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Wir waren 4 Tage bei Luigi! Unterkunft ist top und wie von uns erwartet. Alessandro war sofort zur Stelle um ein winziges Problemchen zu lösen . In allen Punkten empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

The stay was perfect! Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth. The villa is in a fantastic location with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. There were six of us staying (including two children), and everyone absolutely loved it. While the indoor space isn’t very large, it was more than enough for us. The outdoor area is truly amazing, plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!:)

We had a great stay at Christiano’s place, perfect spot as a base for some cycling, the apartment had everything we needed and a great sunset view. Christiano was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! Thanks 🙏🏻

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

L appartement est très cosy , bien décoré et bien équipé , à souligner car c est loin d être le cas partout en Sardaigne.. La terrasse est extra , grande avec vue sur la verdure La résidence est calme ( septembre) Il y’a un parking gratuit juste à côtés , mais en haute saison il est peut être souvent complet , à voir … À proximité, c est à dire à pieds , il y a deux plages très agréables avec tous les équipements. Porto Rotondo est à quelques minutes L emplacement est parfait Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Federicas Mann, Gianni, hat uns herzlich im Empfang genommen. Das Appartement war wirklich sehr sauber und hat eine super Lage, um die Costa Smeralda zu bereisen. Das Appartement ist etwas kleiner als gedacht. Das Bett ist bspw. ein Schlafsofa. Aber trotzdem ist alles sehr gemütlich und liebevoll gestaltet.

Le logement proposé est bien très bien organisé et agencé. Le salon est très grand et dessert sur une terrasse très sympathique. Le logement est bien insonorisé et nous n'avons pas été embêté par les bruits avoisinant. En revanche la localisation du bien est un peu excentré du port et des activités mais cela n'empêche pas de s'y rendre à pied et de plus la supérette non loin du logement permet les approvisionnements sans trop de complications. Nous y sommes resté trois nuits, pour visiter Madalenna, et les alentours de Palau. Je vous recommande ce bien !!!

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal hier haben uns wieder sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sodass man auch drinnen eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Der Strand ist unmittelbar unter dem Fenster der Unterkunft, sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Das kleine Städtchen Palau ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und auch die Insel Maddalena ist von dort gut mit der Fähre zu erreichen und einen Besuch wert! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht :-)

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist wunderschön inmitten der Natur gelegen. Auf dem Gelände findet man diverse Terrassen mit spektakulärer Aussicht. Wer Stille Rückzug sucht wird hier genau das finden. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Alberto ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Vermieter, seine Assitenz Signora Michela ist vor Ort stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir sind glücklich und dankbar für unseren wundervollen Aufenthalt... 😊

Cudowna lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, idealne miejsce dla odpoczynek dla dwojga; plaża obok to wyjątkowy atut. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i czujny, czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani, dziękujemy jeszcze raz!

Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques à Pittulongo en famille ! L’appartement est parfait : superbe situation à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants, il est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire de base, superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer et soleil une bonne partie de la journée. L’hôte a toujours été très réactive et arrangeante !! Pittulongo est bien situé, à quelques minutes en voiture d’Olbia, une trentaine de minutes du nord de la Costa Smeralda. Un grand merci.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft 😀 alles sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Decken frisch gewaschen und riechen gut! Obwohl die Unterkunft etwas klein ist, gibt es alles was man braucht 👌! Die Aussicht ist ein Geschenk und werde sie nie vergessen! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen 😀
