With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. I'm just a small farm girl who grew up within a farming area in southeastern New Mexico. As I was a child, I was intrigued with baby chicks. My grandfather built a coop, and they became full grown Chickens and Roosters. My love for Chickens and Roosters enhanced with their colors and character. They were my friends. Soon after, I began to sell eggs to nearby neighbors to have spending money for school. My love for chickens and roosters is beyond measure. So I've named my house "The Coop"

Home is directly across from Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail, and near two public golf courses, a new aquatic center, large public parks, and an open space nature area. Everything in the home has been updated within the last five years, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Parking for oversized vehicles is available on site. Well behaved pets welcome.

Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-March 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
