Centrally located , with a DollarGeneral , Allsups and a burger joint within walking distance, safe-neighborhood, gated property. Covered parking on premises. Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. Pets are welcome. The home has central air and is built within the workshop (guests are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 30 minutes to the caverns. Oilfield friendly.
