Caverns vacation! sleeps4 pet friendly!

My favorite thing about this home is the patio aera it's very private and beautiful place to unwind after a long day! Check out the Blue binder for rules points of interest! Also local food suggestions! this home is by a busy road. the traffic is extremely light at night. if you do need silence to go to sleep I may not recommend this place. although I don't think most ppl would have any issues sleeping here. we put alot of love and care we want everyone to enjoy there time in Carlsbad!

Great little place for one or two people. Access is through an alley but is very secure with gated parking. Basic and simple but was everything I needed while staying in town to work for about a week. Would definitely stay again.

Andrea is a Super Host, very proactive and will make sure your stay is comfortable. Rooms were very well furnished, maintained and clean. Kitchen and Fridge with all necessary items you could need. Complimentary snacks at checkin was a bonus loved by kids. Overall worth the pay.

Mike’s guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay. It felt very private, thanks to a tall fence that separates the guesthouse from the main house and street. The yard was one of my favorite parts. It was beautifully landscaped and made the whole place feel extra relaxing. If I had stayed longer, I definitely would have tried out the grill because the outdoor space really was amazing. Inside, the house was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It had everything I could have needed, including toiletry items and ice already in the freezer. You can tell that Mike put thought into making it welcoming for guests. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it easy to unwind, and parking was simple with both a designated spot and plenty of street parking available. Getting around was no problem at all. It was just a quick five to ten minute drive to the main strip in Carlsbad, so dinner and other essentials were always close by. Definitely recommend this stay for a trip to Carlsbad!

Really nice house in a quiet part of town. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was thoughtful of our host to leave fruit, pastries, milk and juices for our stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio in back- it was dusty and dry this time of year, but we wiped the furniture down and it was fine. Didn’t see any deer- but there were lots of birds! Location was great for us, we were visiting the National Parks and it was a great place to base our travels from. Folks in Carlsbad were very friendly and provided lots of advice on places to visit and eat.
