Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

My grandfather built a coop, and they became full grown Chickens and Roosters. My love for Chickens and Roosters enhanced with their colors and character. They were my friends. Soon after, I began to sell eggs to nearby neighbors to have spending money for school. My love for chickens and roosters is beyond measure. So I've named my house "The Coop"

If this is an issue, please do not book!**
