Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ars-en-Ré

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Thoughtful, available and responsive host, very well-equipped, clean, very well-located rental close to all amenities and beaches. To be done again without any problem.

Very good stay on Ile de Ré. The accommodation is perfect for a family of 4. Everything is accessible by bike and/or on foot (visit and shops). Quiet environment, at least in April. Maybe more lively in summer… Small plus that would make the accommodation perfect: 2/3 additional utensils for the kitchen and a few extra degrees for the spa 😅 (34°C in April, we don't stay in it long).

We had a pleasant stay at Sylvia and Alain's. We were 6 adults and 3 children and the accommodation has all the necessities. The big plus, in our opinion, is the terrace and the outside, secure, pleasant and shaded, to enjoy the beautiful spring and summer days. The city is quickly accessible by bike. Alain and Sylvia are discreet and yet caring hosts. We recommend the address 😁

this little house has everything you need. Its small garden with covered terrace, its geographical location... This is our 3rd stay in this small house.

From the moment we booked we felt looked after by Maureen. Valerie was a real star, waiting to greet us and show us around. Maureen's house is very much a home from home. The local beach is very near and the town and extensive food market is 10 minutes walk away, with the harbour a great place to grab a bite to eat or a coffee whilst watching the world go by. Can't wait to go back.

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is as described, nothing to report! The only downside: the top bunk beds squeak a lot when you move at night.

A small apartment where all the comforts are present (very clean and well appointed), very well located in the center of ST Martin. We did everything by foot from the accommodation. Very friendly welcome from Sylvia who had given us very clear instructions to find the place and park. We have great memories of this short stay at Sylvia's. We will be happy to return.

Everything was perfect. Sylvie is very kind with a very warm welcome. For your information, brioche, juice, tea or infusion, coffee, sugar are available, convenient for the 1st day. We'll be happy to go back.

Fantastic place to stay for our weekend in Ile de Re. The place was right around the corner of the stunning port of Saint Martin, and the apartment looked even better than the photos - super cosy and had all you could ask for. Corinne and Eric were the best hosts, very friendly and welcoming, flexible with us and always on hand to help with recommendations. We thoroughly recommend!!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

We had a lovely stay at this studio, quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is in a very good location, beach, restaurants, market and shops nearby. A highly responsive host.

We had a lovely stay at Ingrid's apartment. It is located close to the port. Facing to the west, it is sunny at the end of the day . It has a parking space and bike storage in a secure residence (a big plus for a stay on Île de Ré where the interest is to get around by bike). It is well equipped and very clean. Bedding is good. Ingrid is friendly and available. Good location!

We had a lovely stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really a stone's throw from the ocean, and close to beach shops (shops, bars, restaurants, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but has everything you need when you leave for a few days of change of scenery. We would 100% recommend
