The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

In the heart of the village, the charm of the old and the comfort of a house of 70 m2 all renovated and equipped. Beautiful materials and the calm of a small flowery alley for your stay. Ideally located a few steps from the bell tower, 100 m from the port and the summer market and close to shops. With a nice courtyard/terrace of 25m2. The house is arranged on two levels and offers nice amenities with 2 bedrooms with 160 double beds + bathroom and independent toilet.

A warm living area features exposed wooden beams and stone walls. A red cabinet with glass doors adds a pop of color. In the center, a rustic wooden coffee table holds a vase filled with vibrant flowers, complemented by a decorative mirror and a stylish chandelier.

In the heart of the village of Ars en Ré, in a very quiet alley where cars do not circulate, located between the port and the church square, our old house full of charm was completely restored in 2019 and carefully decorated. The best feature: the cellar with stone walls, wooden cathedral ceiling, concrete floor and large bay window that opens wide onto the garden. Its summer kitchen (sink and plancha), will allow you to spend pleasant evenings.

It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Very relaxing and quiet place surrounded by a large flower garden to indulge in the sweetness of idleness. (garden furniture, sun loungers,) Close to the Baleines lighthouse, 400 m from the sea and bike paths. (possibility to rent bikes on site) You have a nice fully equipped kitchenette. Beautiful 230 m² renovated villa with pool.

Beautiful villa in the village with pool, 230m², perfect for 1-2-3 families (2 equipped kitchen). Completely renovated, very high standards... Perfect bedding. 5-6 bedrooms... the house is actually much better than in photos. We ask for a minimum of 5 nights during the school holidays and 3 nights for long weekends. Please note, parties are not allowed.

Everything can be done by bike. Particular attention has been paid to decoration. Linen provided. Private parking space. Bike rack in the courtyard.
