The property is equipped with a beautiful heated swimming pool open from April to October (5m×10m, 1.5m deep) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.
