Fantastically beautifully refurbished old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to keep busy (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, and much more). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Even six people could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg warmly welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know, but a flexible check-in via a key safe is also possible. We would absolutely recommend the place!

The stay at this beautiful cottage in Šumava was great! The place was clean, cozy, and fully as described. The surrounding nature is beautiful and perfect for relaxing or excursions. The owner was very responsive and communicating with her was seamless. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature.

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and there was nothing missing. For tall people, however, there is something to consider. Duck at the doors :-). It's an old farmhouse and people used to be smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already mentioned and nothing else, it can only have been good :-)

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is quietly located and surrounded by lots of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was just arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the outskirts of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have relaxed wonderfully and have taken beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly rated by us for a future visit.

This was our second year staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it was the perfect choice for our family. The space is more than enough for the three of us, along with my husband’s parents, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it a great starting point for day trips. We also appreciated the convenience of having three dedicated parking spots and several EV chargers just a few minutes’ walk away – a great bonus for electric vehicle owners. The hosts were fantastic, with clear and friendly communication throughout our stay. The fast internet was another plus, allowing us to stay connected without any issues. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take a few days or a week off to relax in nature and recharge.

We enjoyed staying with our dogs very much. Both the property and the surrounding forest invite you to linger as well as to walk. Exploring the Ilz, the Wolfensteiner Ohe or the Celtic village is highly recommended. If you don't want to do anything, as I said, the property and the very cozy and comfortably furnished house invite you to linger and relax. We definitely felt very comfortable. Thank you!

We spent 2 nights in this little cottage with our 2. It is nice that there is a private small garden with a lounger and hanging chair, you are all by yourself and can eat outside. The swimming lake is a 5-minute walk, which is also great. There is a small overview with beautiful tips. 2 of us slept in the large bed (with a thin, slightly harder mattress) located in a niche of the living room, the other two on the somewhat narrow living room couch. Overall, we liked it very much for a small weekend break and we could have stayed a few days longer.

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice host, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

When I saw the first picture, I immediately thought: "Wow, how beautiful!" – the vacation home with balcony was pictured there. On site, we were accommodated on the first floor, but from there we also had a beautiful panorama. During our stay, there was a small problem, but it was quickly addressed by Judith and quickly resolved – the caretaker was even very quickly on site. Our short stay was very nice overall, and everything was as described. The bedding was a little older, but it served its purpose. The location is very quiet, and the locals are extremely friendly. Thank you!

We loved the cottage, we will definitely come back. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the surroundings nice and quiet. We immediately felt at home. The communication with Gisela has always been very friendly and excellent. From us five stars..

The hosts are a super likeable, open and friendly family. We were allowed to be present when feeding the animals and learned a lot about life in the countryside. They gave us many tips for the area and we enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion very much.

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Perfect house with everything up to 14 people need. The amenities are above average. The layout of the rooms was perfect for us. Absolutely clean and you immediately feel comfortable. Fantastic garden, beautiful surroundings, pure nature. Super friendly host who responds quickly. Contactless check-in without any problems. We felt super comfortable at the place. It looked even nicer than in the photos 🥰 the house is furnished with so much attention to detail, even a little something for the dogs was set up ☺️ The location is perfect to escape the stress of everyday life for a few days and relax completely. We spent the Pentecost holidays with Stefan and Nici as a family with our 1-year-old daughter and a couple of friends. Lovingly furnished apartment with an eye for detail. It was all very clean and very well equipped. There was even a play corner, baby dishes, a changing table and a crib. Nici greeted us in a friendly way. There was a welcome drink in the fridge and there was fruit with it. We also received helpful tips for activities and restaurants nearby. Despite the constant rain, we felt very full and highly recommend the stay!

Absolute recommendation for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area! The hosts are warm and you immediately feel welcome, even by the large farm dog ;) From the parking lot, it is a short walk up through the cattle pasture to the hut at the edge of the forest with adjacent horse stables. The outdoor bathtub can be heated with wood and makes bathing or showering a great experience :) Alternatively, there is also a freely accessible shower in the main house downstairs. In the cottage there is a small bathroom with toilet behind a swinging door, a well-equipped kitchen and fridge with freezer. Outside there is also a grill as well as sun loungers to relax and an electric sauna in a dream location to the forest. All shopping facilities such as Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Rossmann, gas station are 8 minutes away. There are also, of course, many beautiful hiking trails and lakes for swimming nearby. All in all, really an absolute recommendation! :) Thanks to the hosts!

Wonderful apartment in a very quiet environment. In the morning you could enjoy the terrace and in the evening the sunset on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back :-)

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is comfortably furnished, everything we needed was available. The quiet rural location is highly recommended for those seeking relaxation. There are shops nearby within walking distance. The hostess was very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely come back.

Those who love peace and nature will immediately feel comfortable in this accommodation. Solitary with views over the field, nicely decorated and practically equipped both inside and outside. There are chairs and loungers for the lawn and a spacious shower. We recommend the farm shop Blabmühle near Diepoldsried and the Steiner Wirt in the neighboring village. Better to bring travel bags than suitcases, there is storage space for clothes, but little for suitcases.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. The view is great and you can start hikes directly from the apartment. Hosts are super nice and very welcoming. There was everything you want. We will be happy to come back.
