This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Everything was perfect! Great stay

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

We stayed for two nights at Federica's place in Colli a Volturno. House surrounded by nature, a few minutes' drive from the town center and from restaurants and services. Giacomo, who handled the check-in, was very kind to give us tips on what to see in the area and was available. The lake of Castel San Vincenzo is about 15 minutes by car from the house. You can park on the street a short walk from the house. For me it is a fantastic place to relax and to visit the surroundings, hiking or trekking and the hosts are keen to have a great stay by providing everything you need. We loved the terrace and the family of kittens that practically live in the building opposite. Good value for money in general.

We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite a few small issues, was immediately able to remedy it by giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

“Simple life, simple living. “ The house was absolutely stunning. The grounds were breathtaking. Andrea was an absolute joy to meet and be friend our stay at his home felt like I was visiting family. Andrea was a very accommodating host and treated us like we were part of his family. It didn’t matter what time of the day it was as he would constantly remind us that whenever we needed something to give him a call and he would be there in seconds. I tried not to take advantage of that, but my conversations with him were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Italy, It is a must to stay there. Andrea on our first day realized that I was here visiting family and offered his home to my extended family for all of us to get together so we could see each other. Not only was he a gracious host but he also came bearing gifts almost every day. I honestly had tears in my eyes on the day I left as I knew I would miss him and the amazing property.

Having checked in at 9pm and at my request to have a barbecue, Helene and Gianpiero had it ready for us when we arrived. They welcomed us very kindly and showed us the completely independent annex dedicated to us next to their villa. There's nothing missing in the house. There is a large living room with a kitchenette with everything you need, including a microwave, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. In the living room, there is a very comfortable sofa. We visited the nearby village of Castro dei Volsci, a fantastic village where there was the village festival, we had a great time and I recommend you take a tour around here. Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. The word "sensational" cannot accurately describe Giosy, her mother (Mrs. Assenta) and her apartment! It is wonderful, a charm with "vintage" air, you feel in the 1950s! All clear, all charming, a hot, delicious bath, a very good WI-FI and a splendid view of the region of Minturno! Giuseppina is fantastic as a host and did not miss any details! One of the best AirBnb I've ever stayed in!! Enjoy to know the region well. There's a lot to do! Note 1000! Super recommend!!

We had a wonderful 7 days in this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information necessary for a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to access it quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive to our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with beautiful views of the mountains. Shops are a 5-minute drive or even a walk away. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. Everything is in order and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of travelers, leaving some groceries to start the stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.

We had a great night at this place, ideal for a stopover on our way to Sicily. Rosa gave us a warm welcome, despite our late arrival due to a delay on the highway. She even had the thoughtful gesture of bringing us breakfast. Recommended accommodation without hesitation. We really hope to have the opportunity to come back!
