Welcome to this charming house. A secluded, secluded location at the end of a picturesque street lined with the old fishermen's houses. Possibility of a morning swim in the sea 150 meters away via a cozy little walking path. Lomma beach or swimming from piers, all services and renowned eateries such as Slaktaren and Lomma ice cream factory within walking distance. If you want to visit Copenhagen and Tivoli, it's just a train ride away. Charge your car with solar energy.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

Panoramic windows with a fantastic view of the rolling landscape of Skåne. Watch the deer that walk by or the horses in the pasture. A private house with kitchen, toilet and shower on the ground floor. Level 1 has a sleeping area with a double bed. TV corner with sofa and armchair and behind this another 2 beds (single beds that can be double bed). In front of the panoramic window with fantastic views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxing and socializing.

Welcome to your own private oasis! Here you live in a spacious villa with pool, lush garden and three comfortable bedrooms. Perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy peace and quiet but at the same time be close to the city pulse in Malmö and Copenhagen. Please note that there is soap and toilet paper in the house, but you need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Alternatively, you can rent bed linens and towels from me for SEK 80 per person.
