Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min t. Lund C. Parking space is available.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
