Townhome vacation rentals in Arkansas

The Artisan Inn is very comfortable and well appointed. Connie left fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies… delicious! We stayed for a wedding and didn’t rent a car but we were able to walk to all the events and to the museum. A walking/bike path is essentially right across the street.

Amazing location! Super close to downtown and Crystal Bridges. Very clean space and would definitely recommend to friends!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Adorable house in a great setting! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Trolley stops both across the street and right down the street on the same side made it super easy to get around. Brianna answered all 50 million of my questions before and during my trip! Fantastic place to stay!

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location for us to visit family. One slightly inconvenient aspect was the beds in both bedrooms only had one table on one side of the bed. It was a little awkward to place glasses, phone, reading book, etc. on the floor. The kitchen seemed well equipped except no cutting board that I could find. The host was responsive and it was a good price for a 2 bedroom rental. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few issues accessing the unit as we were given two different garage codes. The hosts were responsive though. We could also never figure out how to use the front door keypad even after corresponding several times with the host and trying a number of different codes. Overall a great home and a wonderful location!

the townhouse was nice and in great location for hiking and fishing. we went to play golf, because of all the golf courses in the village. But found out that the local courses charged a much higher fee if you weren't a property owner, so we had to drive 30 miles for decent green fees. We like to play golf, so we won't return to the village.

Friendly folks and a great location! Return customers here and pleased again. Will definitely consider on future visits.

The Magnolia House was everything I hoped for and more! It looked exactly like the photos—absolutely beautiful—and was by far the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Christina clearly puts a lot of thought into every detail; the personal touches throughout the home made it feel incredibly welcoming. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet it’s still just minutes from downtown Bentonville and only a 10-minute drive to the Walmart Corporate office—perfect for business travelers like myself. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be booking again the next time I’m in town!

The house is very well kept. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and house well decorated.

Jamie was responsive, accommodating, and genuine! Her home met all of our needs and then some! We especially enjoyed how close the biking/hiking trail was to her home. We were able to enjoy the decks and the location was close to many amenities. Jamie’s home was decorated beautifully and offered a very peaceful atmosphere for us to gather and recharge. My sisters, and sister-in-law were blessed by having a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. Our beautiful mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s less than a year ago and Jamie’s home offered us a comforting place to stay. We will definitely being staying here again when we come to Arkansas to visit our mom and our Arkansas family. Thank You Jamie!!!

All was as described, and was neat and clean. Nice size living room to gather in the evening. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes and cooking tools. Great for the 4 of us!

Awesome property! Incredible location!! Quick to respond to an urgent need in an air bnb last minute as the other property we rented was not in-line with what was promised....it was 830pm and this company took great care of me and my daughter. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this company and the beautiful clean property! Thanks for everything!!

The place was nice and well stocked. The check in was a little later than most and check out is earlier than most. The only other issue is the living room isn’t very comfortable for a group to sit or watch TV. But the upstairs bedrooms had TVs and were comfortable.

This home was beautiful and peaceful. The home was just as advertised and very clean. Very quite community. The host were very helpful and checked on us frequently. We will definitely be back.

The Wonderful Wi door of Oz was a perfect place for our family. We were able to prepare a delicious meal, reset our laundry after several days on the road, and enjoy the beauty of the lake from the two porches. It had everything we needed!
