The place is absolutely beautiful and very spacious! We had a big group and not one time did it feel like we were out of space. The house was very clean and had accommodations for all ages I feel. Plenty of towels and wash cloths for my big group which is a big plus for me. The owner did have to call and ask us to stop riding side by sides on the yard which is totally understandable but I guess when I read in the description that atv riding is on site I assumed it meant we can ride anywhere on site, but it is allowed in the driveway only. I guess I misunderstood it in the description. Other than that one hiccup it was all around a very fun and beautiful place to stay. Easy check in and check out.

We family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend at Crystal Bridges. Perfect location for going back and forth. The host was so gracious and allowed us to have some guests on Saturday night. It worked out perfectly and all the guests loved the home. We loved the coffee station! Our beds were so comfy! It’s a beautiful home that we felt so comfortable in and appreciated all the extras and the cleanliness of all. The guys enjoyed the ping pong table very much! I would definitely stay here again when we visit the area! Thank you for helping us have a fabulous time!

The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Bigger in person than the pictures. Everything was great. And the host was very accommodating when we got there early, to let us go ahead and check in. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Pauline was in charge of this particular condominium. I never met her in person, but she was responsive and helpful and even allowed us to check into the room early without additional charges. I am 110% satisfied and have already recommended to a friend who is going to Hot Springs in a couple of weeks.

this was in a really quiet neighborhood. I was worried about the "first come, first serve" parking, but there were 10+ empty spots infront of our building. kids loved the balcony and game room. the pool was pretty small but not busy, so it worked out. it was not in walking distance either, but just a short drive. we had a great stay and were really happy with our choice.
