Gary’s place was clean, cute, and centrally located. It was so easy to come and go and the heart of downtown was only a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Adorable place. We checked in late and hit the road early so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the place. Honestly, I would have been quite comfortable staying longer, and if I’m ever coming to that area again, I’ll be looking for the availability. Clean, comfortable, with responsive and friendly hosts.

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

I can’t thank Bill and Kay enough. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family, without even knowing just how much we needed the kindness. I booked their BnB as a stop on a long journey to bring my special needs daughter to Texas, where we could access better medical care. What they didn’t know is that just a few months ago, my daughter was fighting for her life—and this move was both urgent and incredibly stressful. Even without knowing our story, Bill and Kay showed us warmth, support, and generosity that made a world of difference. Their peaceful and beautiful surroundings gave me a moment to breathe when I truly needed it. I wholeheartedly recommend their home to anyone looking for not just a stay—but a place where you’re genuinely cared for. You won’t regret it.

I’ve stayed at this location many times now. It is my go to place when I’m in the area. This condo could be dropped in any major city in the US, and you would feel lucky to have rented it.

Ashley is a superb host who is knowledgeable about this iconic Fay Jones home. Ashley adequately communicated all the essentials and more. After a tornado warning had passed, Ashley checked in to see if we were okay. Me being an architect, Ashley was gracious in responding to my questions regarding this historic home. All in all, staying in this Fay on Gray Ave. home is by far our best Airbnb experience.

This was the perfect home base for a long weekend of mountain biking. It was not too far (by car) to trails in all directions. My two teenagers loved the gaming room and ping pong / pool table. TV's in each bedroom let everyone relax as they like. Having access to a full garage was a huge bonus when you are traveling with four mountain bikes.

This place was amazing. The view was great, which we enjoyed every evening from the hot tub. The cabin is clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable which was nice. The hosts were very helpful with our questions and quickly responded. We will look to book again next year.

Ron was very professional, polite and responsive. His place was a 10/10 in every aspect. I have never felt 100% comfortable when arriving at a "rented" space anywhere. I felt right at home here. Absolutely recommend Ron and his place!

We had a great stay. Sarah's place was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, including a hike up Rattlesnake Ridge. We would stay there again.

Beautiful place. Comfortable for two couples. The deck was a relaxing place to view the lake. Kitchen had everything anyone could need. Bike information was helpful. Due to rain we couldn't check out the hiking trail nearby.

Nikki was quick to respond to my inquiries regarding the home. We needed wheelchair accessibility and had questions regarding the property that she responded to quickly. She was great to check in during our stay to ensure that we didn’t have additional questions and made sure we were alerted when bad weather was in the area. Very kind and friendly host. We love the lake view and the home is great! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Condo! It was private off in its own cove and we were able to watch the turtles and fish in the water! Location was perfect for our boat and the ramp was 20 feet away from the condo. The space was perfect and allowed the kids to chill and watch tv and the adults to also have space to enjoy themselves. We had a great time!

Beautiful view of the lake with the clubhouse right across the way. Bedroom space was advertised with a large master bedroom.

Everything was perfect as far as Sylvia and the apartment. However, it was a bummer walking through the woods and up and down terrain to the pool. Aside from the pool inconvenience, it’s a great place, she was a great host, and we had a great stay. Very clean and had everything you could possibly need inside. Also, had some good boardgames and plenty of TV options.

We had a great time here, it was very later back with plenty of beautiful views and amenities to participate in. If you a water lover, fisher, or just need to get away for a little bit this is a great place to host your family or friends in one place. We look forward to coming back, going crystal hunting and spending quality time together away from our busy schedule.

Sami is a great host! Very friendly and very helpful. The unit was clean. The living room looked out over a beautiful wooded area as did the deck. The lake was very pretty. There is plenty to do in the area, more than we could fit in to the short time we spent there. We visited crystal mine and tried our hand at collecting quartz crystals. We visited Hot Springs National Park and Hot Springs and had a great time. The unit is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Plus, it was very warm and humid when we visited and the air conditioning was wonderful! Thank you Sami. Lisa, Michele and Bob

This place is gorgeous. Beautiful and peaceful inside and out. Easy to get to. Lots to do around the area. The wildlife, scenery, and lake area Beautiful. It's near the pool and tennis courts. I was there off season. It was so calm and quiet. The stars were beautiful and highly visible at night. I felt very safe. Everything I needed for preparing and making meals was provided. Sami was very helpful and proactive when something wasn't working. She had the repair man out the same day, within hours. Any issue I experience was resolved immediately. The condo was spectacular. TVs in each room and an amazing tub with jets help soothe the stress away. I highly recommend this place and any place Sami hosts. Sami is very sweet and wants you to enjoy and relax while visiting and staying in the condo. She was very helpful and insightful with things to do. When issues arise, she was quick to act and resolve the issues immediately. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful!

This was a great place, very comfortable. We loved the deck and the area. The owners thought of everything and there were a lot a nice, small details!

Very beautiful place, i went there with my 2 girls and 6month old baby very quiet at night. very kid friendly close to the lake beach restaurant and playground. The host was amazing very helpful and great at communicating. made my 6month very comfortable specially at night. I definitely recommend it. Specially on hotter days since the lake and views are very nice. Thanks for the guide to the lake view It was amazing. Thanks for the treats and the guides left there it was very helpful. Hope to get a chance to come here again. Thanks for the hospitality very amazing the whole family loved it.
