We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's and truly appreciated our host Teona who gave wonderful recommendations. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants/cafes in a local neighborhood, but if you are looking for the tourists areas, the walk is 20-30 mins. Lovely area.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was superb and the hosts were great. The views were stunning.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting Arezzo at Christmas. The distance from the center is perfect (10 minutes by car), there is a parking space and the price is very honest compared to the offers that are around. The house is clean and cozy and Alberto is a very nice host, he warned us of the possibility of an early check-in (it is done independently and is very easy) and welcomed with great availability the small suggestions we gave him (addition of blankets for the night, we did not know that Arezzo could be so cold!). Plus the coffee pods were delicious :)

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We had a great time, the accommodation is in the heart of Tuscany, in a beautiful landscape! The place is peaceful and the locals are very welcoming! The change of scenery was total! Our host was lovely and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back.

Great stay with incredible views. Perfect location for exploring Montepulciano and the surrounds. Parking was easy and everything was really comfortable.

Vittoria is a wonderful host! She is very kind and accommodating . The apartment is pristine clean and enjoyable. Their are high ceilings lots of space and the AC works like magic. Thank you for your hospitality! 🙏

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

Alessandro is a super nice guy. The place is just fantastically beautiful. The view is unique and the small house is very clean and nicely decorated. We'd come back any time. It was just a great vacation and we felt at home there

Nice little place to stay in a very nice neighborhood, very quiet location. Unfortunately, I only stopped for one night, but it is certainly worth staying longer.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

It was a wonderful experience, Daniela the owner is a wonderful person, her sweet welcome made us feel at home. With her beautiful four-legged friends and her sweet horses, she made us appreciate the beautiful natural setting we were immersed in even more. A few minutes from the center of Arezzo and certainly a great location for those like us who love nature but also appreciate the historical and more touristy part of beautiful Arezzo. I would say a great combination of nature and history. Thanks to the availability and impeccable professionalism of Virginia who supported us throughout the stay, with kindness and punctuality. Definitely an unforgettable experience to be repeated even in spring when the landscape is transformed and the sunniest days will allow us to take walks and do other activities in the area. How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Such a peaceful place to stay! The house was spotless, the views were amazing, and the pool was lovely. We had such a lovely time. The local restaurant is a real gem too. Just to note you should buy lots of bottled water (not an issue as the supermarket is v close!) as the tap water isn’t drinkable.

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

Lorenzo and Luca are two excellent hosts, super helpful and welcoming. Essential accommodation, comfortable and clean, adjacent parking, bus stop, cold table bar, rotisserie, self laundry, near the house. A 15-minute walk from the center and the racecourse for concerts.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

Great communication with host. Wonderful location and apartment. Would definitely stay there again.
