Flat at ground floor composed by living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, storeroom. The flat opens on a beautiful small square full of trees and towers. It is at 200 meters from Piero della Francesca's frescoes and next to the Cathedral and Piazza Grande where the famous Giostra del Saracino is held every June and September. every weekend of the month, Piazza Grande is also the theatre of the Fiera Antiquaria,a famous exhibiton, where you can find all sorts of old things, from furniture to jewerly, pictures, toys, etc. In few minutes from the house you can reach also Petrarca's house, Vasari's house, you can visit the famous Cimabue's crocifix, the Archeological Museum and the Medieval Museum. Numerous small shops of antique things are all around. The apartment is at 10 minutes on foot from the railway and bus station, a bus stop is also present near the house. Being the house located in the historic centre, access by car is allowed only from 8.00pm to 8.30am and from 12.00am to 4.00pm. Beside this, at 5-10 minutes walking there are several parking areas, both free and pay. Relax and view on the medieval town are the characteristics of the house. Dogs are welcome. They can easily take a walk in the garden square in front of the house.
