Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years old (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Lägenheten har inglasad balkong. Det ingår ett förråd samt garageplats. Avstånd till centrum ca 10 min promenad. 2 min att gå till skidbacken /VM8:an. Parkering i garage under huset. Sängkläder finns till bäddsoffan och självklart är sängen i sovrummet bäddad när ni anländer.

It is an amazing house with incredible views and surroundings. Easy access to the slopes at the back of the house. We had a great stay and we will for sure rent Pamela’s house again. She is very responsive and very helpful. We would highly recommend this house for other families.

This cabin is very cozy. The cabin had everything we needed. The view is luxurious, unfortunately we didn't use the terrace due to the weather.

Cozy apartment with a great location! Walking distance to the lift that opens first as well as to ski rental. The place was well planned and fresh. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Communication with the host as well as check-in/check-out was also smooth and clear. Can highly recommend this home to others and would love to stay here again!

Nice Attefall house with private parking

The second year that we, family of four, live in this nice cabin, and it's not supposed to be the last . Fredrik and his wife are incredibly hospitable, helpful and responsive. Fredrik even drove us to the train station on the way home. We highly recommend this fresh and cozy mountain accommodation, with comfortable beds and which is conveniently close to the ski bus.

We had a nice stay at the house and enjoyed it very much. Bright, freshly decorated, practical, well-equipped kitchen, all cleaning equipment is available. A lovely cottage with a lot of space and space. Located just a few meters from amazing cross-country tracks. Really liked the proximity to the trails and the ease of getting into Åre by car. We would be glad to come back.
