We had a wonderful time here in Brattland! The house is very cozy and the terrace is a nice size. From there you have a magnificent view of the lake! The sauna is fantastic. The view is so magical that we didn't even get to read our book. In the evening we always sat by the campfire directly on the lake. Everything is as Julia has shown in the description or in the photos! The surroundings of Brattland also invite you to take great hikes! Thank you so much for this wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

Had a wonderful weekend in Ottsjö. The house is nice, fresh and airy. The beds are comfortable and there is a lot of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. The view of the fair mountains takes your breath away, especially as there are no visible neighbor houses either in front of or at the side of the house. The slopes in Trillevallen are only 10 minutes away with the car and the local Ica store is a classic country store in the best sense of the word. In person and with perfect assortment. We will be back!

House was amazing! The views and atmosphere were perfect for a relaxing stay. Price was reasonable. Maria gave thorough instructions before our stay. Only downside was that you had to bring your own hand towels which we were not aware of. Other towels and sheets we had brought with us as informed.

Anette was very helpful and quick to respond. The place is at a good location for hikes, skiing, dogsledding.

Cheerful and very good accommodation space for 6 but we were 3 so plenty of room. An accommodating host. We'd love to get back to you.

We arrived by train from Stockholm, this property could not have been better located . So close to the ski bus stop , train station and supermarket . With lake views and a 2 minute walk to the town square for all the restaurants it really is 10/10. The property is large , modern and comfy , plenty of kitchen equipment and everything you need to self cater . Excellent vented drying room for all the wet ski gear . Highly recommended .

Great accommodation right on the slopes, just snap on your skis outside and slide down to the World Cup 8. Clean and fresh, feels like you've invested in quality in both furniture and decor (good beds). Homely, we are happy to rent this one again.

Beautiful cabin, quiet, private, no neighbors and a lake right outside the front door. The forest in the area invites you to explore, in winter you can walk over the ice and feel close to nature. Exactly what I was looking for in Sweden 😊 Alexandra was very friendly and made sure nothing is missing. Will definitely come back here if I come back to Sweden! 💚

Cozy cottage, everything is of course older but so affordable and relaxed. Nice to leave the "stockholomressen" in Åre and go out to the cabin after skiing! 🫶

Cathrine is really friendly and the description of the house matches reality. Four-wheel drive on the car is good to have in the winter.

We spent wonderfully peaceful Christmas in the enchanting cabin. It's very basic, but has an extreme amount of charm. You have everything you need. Thanks to the fireplace, you have it plumply warm even at double-digit minus degrees when you sit on the cozy sofa and look at the snow and the lake. The crowning glory was the spectacular aurora lights on New Year's Eve and in the evening after. Even visible from the sauna. 😉 We spent a wonderful week with our two children and dog and would have liked to stay longer!

If you love free from internet and TV channelans light polkution. I would strongly recommend Majas Cottage. It's a nice and peaceful stay in the wilderness & close by the lake with an excellent view.

We spent seven wonderful days at the listing. Mats was very helpful and had valuable tips for things to do in the region. We felt very comfortable at the place!
