They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Brattland bike/ski lodge ligger naturskönt ovan E14, ca 8 km från Åre by. Bilparkering finns vid husen. Med bil tar det tio minuter till byn. Vill man åka buss, tar man sig ner till hållplatsen vid E14. Det går bra att ta med sig skidor eller bräda på bussen. Förutom skidåkning och cykling kan man vandra, fiska, åka hundspann, hyra snöskoter och en mängd andra aktiviteter. Man tar sig direkt från huset till vandringsleder och cross country cykling. I denna fantastiska lilla fjällby Ottsjö ligger vårt nybyggda hus på ett högt läge med utsikt över fjällvärlden i Åre. Huset är 76 kvm stort med panoramafönster och vackra materialval. I det här huset kommer du känna att du är utomhus även när du sitter inne vid kaminen med en kopp te. Alldeles bakom huset finns flera preparerade längdspår, skoterspår, vandringsleder och närhet till fint fiske. Ett perfekt hus för vänner och barnfamiljer som även vill ta med sin hund.

På en kort promenad är du även nere i Åre-by centrum som har en rad utbud av affärer och restauranger. Under sommaren är Åre även populärt för att vandra och cykla. Vandringsled startar utanför byggnaden. På sommaren finns även Åre strand där det finns bra möjlighet till att bada.

På sommaren finns vandringsleder, bad och kajakpaddling i närheten. Stugan är perfekt för barnfamiljer, tre rymliga sovrum, ett stort kök/allrum, badrum och bastu. Möjlighet att ladda elbilen, laddning betalas separat.

Åre Stay- Härlig lägenhet centralt, nära till allt

Fin, fräsch lägenhet belägen vid Åre torg med närhet till allt. Balkong i söderläge. 75 meter till Ica, 150 meter till tågstationen. Minimiålder för att hyra är 18 år. Barn är såklart välkomna i vuxnas sällskap. Nära till underbara Årestrand där man får känna på hur det är att bada i friskt fjällvatten. Alla härliga vandringsleder finns också runt knuten.

Trevligt och praktiskt boende väldigt nära längdskidspåren. En kort promenad till skidbacken och möjligt att åka skidor fram till boendet. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och flexibel.

Wir hatten hier in Brattland eine wunderschöne Zeit! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und die Terrasse ist schön groß. Man hat von dort aus einen grandiosen Blick auf den See! Die Sauna ist traumhaft. Der Ausblick ist so magisch das wir überhaupt nicht dazu kamen unser Buch zu lesen. Abends saßen wir immer am Lagerfeuer direkt am See. Alles ist so wie es Julia in der Beschreibung beziehungsweise auf den Fotos dargestellt hat! Auch die Umgebung von Brattland läd zu tollen Wanderungen ein! Vielen Lieben Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Huset er helt fantastisk. Og hvis du lurer på det: Toget går skjelden og er ikke noe problem angående støy. Badstua er utrolig fint og må oppleves! Vi var veldig fornøyde og kommer sikkert tilbake!

Ett otroligt fint boende där vi hade lyxen att fira min 30årsdag med familj. Bran standard, otroliga vyer och närhet till backarna. Men även avskildhet som passade oss perfekt när man bara ville ha en lugn kväll i huset och laga middag. Rekommenderar starkt!

Härlig vistelse i Anders finfina, mysiga och välutformade stuga. Stort, vackert beläget och fint designat. Vi var fyra familjer, totalt 15 personer. Hade några galet bra dagar med mycket snö. Bra plats för boende och middag/umgänge. Åkte skidor i Duved/Tegefjäll (20 min bort), Storlien (20 min bort) och Meråker (45 min bort). Dessutom längdåkning direkt från husknuten. Fantastisk utgångspunkt för fjälläventyr. Allt en behöver finns. Dessutom bra och trevligt bemötande från Anders.

Mycket trevlig liten lägenhet! Skönt att komma in och det är välstädat. Det kändes lite som att komma hem till en vän. Hemtrevligt och välplanerat. Vi hade inte riktigt koll på att det kunde bo djur i lägenheten så en av oss fick en allergisk reaktion, men det beror nog mer på oss som bokat än att värden skulle brustit i kommunikation.
