Unique roomy apartment with private yard, well equipped kitchen, extremely quiet and dark for sleeping. The lower level was more comfortable after running the dehumidifier because of the large stone wall foundations. This gives it character and coolness. We even played one of the games provided. Very thoughtful hosts.

Ana's house in Vila Nova de Gaia was ideal for me. It is in a very peaceful location, but close to public transport and a very short walk to the river. It was recently refurbished and it shows. The kitchen has everything you need, fast internet in case you have to work from here, and plenty of sunshine in the outside space, as well as a stunning view of the Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar on the "first floor" balcony. Ana was responsive and always helped when needed. I highly recommend this house if you are looking to visit Porto for a short or long period, however you want to stay somewhere peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Porto.

This place is very nice...comfortable, clean, spacious and well-equipped. It's quiet. Porto center spit in 30min walk or by bus...it's still convenient. Possibility to park in a large convenient parking lot and nearby for €10 or 15 depending on the size of the vehicle. The Eddie comminication is perfect and fast! We recommend this place.

Carlos is a very friendly host and was always available to us. The accommodation is fantastic and has a great location right by the sea. It was very difficult for us to leave this place again. We traveled with a dog and bicycles and were able to explore the area superbly, but everything is also feasible on foot. Minimarket and good restaurants around the corner. We would rent the place again.

The house is equipped with everything as shown in the pictures and nothing was missing. The house is a bit older, but we knew that. For allergy sufferers, I would recommend removing or cleaning the carpets. The location is fantastic - right on the beach and within walking distance of a great bakery, cafes and restaurants. Seeing the sunset from the bed is really great. On the beach you can walk for a long time, both in the sand and on the expanded jetty. Beautiful! Of course the weather has to play along, unfortunately it is often very windy. But no problem on the balconies.

This place was Amazing. Maria was also a great host and provided us with lots of things to do in town.

Very comfortable apartment and it was great to have the lockup garage with our rental car. Supermarket and bakery nearby. No problem to walk down the hill into town.

We were 5 friends sharing the apartment for 3 nights and everything was great. The place looked like expected, we had everything we needed to run the dishwasher and washing machine which was a nice touch. Also coffee, pepper and salt, etc to get us started with breakfast. Communication went great, the host was very responsive. Location was great as well as we had the opportunity to cross the beautiful bridge several times. The sofa bed was comfortable enough to sleep in for three nights according to my friend. We would stay again!

A wonderful stay! The place is about half an hour from Porto, easy drive. As expected right on the beach with a view that we can never get tired of. Smooth check in and the place was super clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there are shutters to block the light if you like to sleep in. Noise from board walk doesn't get to the bed rooms. Kitchen was great so easy breakfasts, coffee and reheating food. Great access to beach toys and umbrellas for beach days. The host was very accommodating and responsive which we hugely appreciated. There are lots of lovely restaurants around and we spent a couple days in the city, some in the hills and some enjoying the coast. It's a perfect mix of city break with the beach air. Thank you for an amazing stay, highly recommended.

A very charming little space, nicely decorated and clean. In an interesting, not touristy neighborhood, but still easily accessible on foot or by bus or metro. We really enjoyed it!

What can I say except excellent!!! Very nice house, the best thing is the summer kitchen with barbecue to enjoy the outdoors, the washer dryer plus 1 other for people who are there several days, really nothing to complain about, to recommend without problem!!!! Thank you Delfim

This is a beautiful complete secluded house in the center of Porto. We loved the modern architecture, the tasteful furnishing, the two bathrooms, the view into the garden and the trees, the fully equipped kitchen, the long dinner table downstairs and the seating area on the terrace (despite the mostly rainy weather). There is a washing machine and a large TV on the upper floor to watch your favorite series with the whole family. The contact with our hosts was always prompt and very friendly. The seagulls are a fact of life in all of Porto. Apart from them the house is wonderfully quiet and set back from the street. Access is easy through the front door of the traditional house bordering the street. We had a fantastic time as a family of four and recommend this house to all lovers of great modern Portuguese architecture and as a perfect base to explore beautiful Porto!

We needed peace and connection and we were served. Rita and Miguel were as discreet as they were responsive to our requests. The pool is super nice with a very nice view . The space was ideally suited to our needs.

Great host, lovely place. Big house, good for a big company. Lots of space and nice garden. 5 min from the beach. 13 min from the grocery store.
