Apartment vacation rentals in Arcozelo

By far one of the nicest 1-BR Airbnb's we've stayed at. If you like contemporary architecture, lots of space, good natural light and an uncluttered apartment, this is the perfect spot for one or two people in Porto. Very central and touristy location, but the area is great to easily walk to restaurants, along the river or a metro ride across town. Comfortable bed in the back of the apartment, so it's a nice place to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice tableware, a and a nice eating area. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Very good and beautiful spacious and pleasant accommodation, for me I found the place peaceful. Very functional. Easy parking space. In short, like a cocoon, I loved staying there. A PRIVAT

Nice, clean, good location. The only thing was there were a lot of switches and it was a little bit challenging to figure out which lights were controlled by which switch :-)

Perfect location if you want to take in the views of Porto’s historic center . The space was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4. Would stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights from the 5th of June 25 It wasn't a self-check-in, but one of the hosts came and gave me the key and explained the house.(You don't have to do it, and I think self-check-in would be more comfortable for each other..) First of all, the view was the best. The house was spacious, there were no bugs, it was clean, and the view of the Doru River was the best, so even if I didn't go to Moru Park, the view of the accommodation was also good!! If I visit Porto again next time, it was a place to stay again. The interior of the house was nice, clean, and there were almost no bugs (maybe because we opened the window, we caught 2-3 mosquitoes and 1-3 flies, but we were very satisfied because there were no crawling bugs). There was an elevator, and it was a place I wanted to come again. However, to mention the shortcomings in the accommodation description, it seems that there is no air conditioner (there are 2 fans instead), there are about 30 stairs to the first floor with an elevator, and the bed is very slightly stiff. It seems to be an Ikea product. There was a washing machine, but it took more than 2 hours and drying took about 2 hours.(I didn't use it because I saw water stains.. haha) But despite that, considering the location, view, and cleanliness, I will stay again if I come next time. "Like a big hidden object!" - So we have described and enjoyed the magnificent view over the rooftops of the port wine cellars, Porto's old town and the Douro again and again. The location of the apartment on the 4th floor in Vila Nova de Gaia is absolutely perfect and we just couldn't get enough! In the evening, there was (live) music from the WOW. OK, a bit noisy at times, as well as the street from below, but wonderfully lively. 😉 Everything was there, everything thought of, everything extremely comfortable, (beds great!) incl. various small attentions and Brenda was always directly available, inquired about us - great! We were able to park safely in the guarded parking lot right by the house (€25/24 hours), also super nice. Our absolute highlight for our round trip kick-off! Thank you very much! ❤️

Lovely stay, right in the heart of Porto, with great restaurants and sights nearby. Lovely clean flat perfect for a city getaway. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary experience!!! We could not have asked for more. From our first booking, Isabel communicated welcoming warmth. She was not only our host, but also our tour guide service. She arranged for airport transport, greeted us at the door and gave us a personal introduction to Porto. Through her recommendations, we booked a wonderful walking tour of the city and a magical full day excursion to the Duoro Valley. The carafe of port on the kitchen table was the icing on the cake. Isabel truly loves her city and her country and her enthusiasm made us feel so very welcome. We cannot give this experience any higher praise than to say we WILL return.

The stay was super pleasant. The neighborhood is a quiet bedroom neighborhood. It is true that to have a drink, as far as I know, you don't have anything nearby other than a pizzeria that was very good, but for €5 you can get to the center with Uber or Bolt. In front of you there is a small supermarket that has everything and opens very early, so it's great. You can have breakfast at home and spend the day there. It was very good and the apartment is very comfortable.

This was a nice place on a quiet street. It had a comfortable bed and everything we needed in the studio apartment. The restaurants in the area were delicious. If you want to be a little bit away from the Porto downtown this is a great option. We had a vehicle and were able to drive over to Porto in 20 minutes. This place is made up of more local people and culture. It was quiet and beautiful. Only 1 minute walk from the water.

A very central location. Spotless and spacious. Had an advanced door lock which meant no keys but very secure whilst being easy to access. I recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

Staying at Filipa’s was a highlight of our trip to Porto. In the lovely, very comfortable apartment looking out on the Douro with a balcony was dreamy. The windows closed tightly blocking all sound so any time day or night we need quiet to sleep or think we had it. If we come back to Porto we’ll go right back to Filipa’s apartment. So wonderful to stay in the historic district with easy access to all of Porto. Be sure to savor the welcome glass of port with their amazing chocolate mousse. Delicious!

Julio was amazing. From the moment we arrived until the last minute, it was amazing! The apartment is very well located, clean and everything is as described. I recommend it 100%.

The place was one staircase up from the elevator but stairs were easy to navigate. The place is very modern with two patios that were very private. Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Was in a good location and enjoyed our stay in Porto.

Casa do Engenho is amazing. So far, the best place my family and I have rented for a 10-day stay. Near Braga, easy to find, beautiful surroundings, quiet and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying. Monica is a great hostess, friendly and always there for you!
